酒店位於煙台山景區內，上下有泊車服務，鬧中取靜，佈置文藝且明亮。臨時多了個小朋友，酒店負責訂房的Chen先生（戴眼鏡）還特地在國慶房源緊張的情況下協調從大床房升級行政套房解決，服務理念和誠信經營適合家庭親子。另景區內部分店鋪對臻庭客人可額外折扣優惠。

酒店在煙台山景區裏面，因為是一場説走就走的旅行，沒有提前攻略，所以對福州完全不瞭解，預訂酒店就是看了大家的評分高臨時訂房，對酒店位置不瞭解，到酒店頗費了一番波折，好在服務人員熱情，房間乾淨整潔，雖在鬧市但是挺安靜，床品比較舒服。
酒店早餐品種和味道湊和吧，不能按度假酒店的要求，期望值不要太高。
酒店人氣在節假日不是一般得高，我們第二天想續住結果一查，一間房都沒有了。
