Airport shuttle service for 8 euro one way. Depart half hourly to hourly. Budget option for early flight or mid night flight . Place is nice and clean. Free onsite parking. Friendly staff.

I have stayed in many hotels and have never given such a bad review. The reasons for my bad review are:
1. The hotel's hygiene is poor: You can see my pictures. The bathtub is very dirty. There are a lot of black dirty things. I don't dare to use it at all. There are also many stains on the sheets.
2. Poor attitude at the front desk: We made an appointment to pick up at the hotel and called the front desk. After saying a few words, he immediately hung up the phone impatiently. This was the first time that the front desk directly hung up the customer's phone number. There was nothing we could do later. After two more phone calls, I finally got the explanation. After checking in at the hotel, I called the front desk to ask for the wifi password, but they also hung up on us directly.
3. The hotel is not user-friendly: On the day we came to Italy, there was a nationwide strike. We were trapped on a small island in Venice and couldn't get out. We wanted to check out of the hotel, but the hotel refused to agree. We had no choice but to spend a lot of money to rent. That kind of yacht sails out of the small island of Venice. I think if we encounter force majeure like a strike, we should be refunded.

This is a great hotel for an overnight (or brief) stay near Venice Airport.
It is a nice, spacious property, and very well maintained.The room was clean and comfortable.
Service was very good, and there is a full morning breakfast spread. Very good shuttle service to airport (book it at front desk for 8 euro). Strong wifi signal throughout the property.

We were totally shocked at the pure beauty of this hotel. It is gorgeous! We arrived a couple of hours prior to checkin and were quite expecting to sit for 2 hours awaiting our room. However, the young lady on reception went out of her way and found us a ready room, in less than 5 minutes. All the staff were great! Our room was beautiful, comfortable and spotless. I could never have asked for better. We were on a Modified American Plan (MAP) which includes dinner and breakfast. Dinner was interesting and good with a Venetian traditional menu while breakfast was a very good buffet. This hotel is only 10 minutes from the airport and offers scheduled shuttle service (reservations required) at reasonable rates. I highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel, nice and clean and lovely interior and nice rooms. We were so tired after the overnight flight from Canada but Paola took good care of us and we even got an early check in. Handy for a few restaurants nearby and a mall 5 months walk and grocery store, shuttle from airport is 8 euro each.

Hotel was average. The picture of hotel is very deceiving and we didn't like the surrounding area. However, it is close to the Venice airport and they offered a shuttle for a fee which was nice.
