Nice location outside the city. But you are taken from there to where you want. Beautiful wooden accommodations. Very experienced staff to whom you can ask anything. Dutch owner. Wide range of activities, but if you have an idea yourself, that can also be arranged. Personal, friendly, relaxed, reasonably priced. If you really want to experience Java, you have to be at Alamanda.

Had a wonderful stay at Alamanda Villas. Wonderfully quiet location with excellent staff and fantastic care. Here everything is possible and nothing is required! Everything can be arranged in consultation and there are cars available with driver/guide to explore the area. We were picked up from Bali, before we arrived in Alamanda, we traveled through East Java with a guide/driver, working at Alamanda Villas. Everything was perfectly arranged! Then we stayed in Yogya for a month and also saw and did a lot there. A place for an excellent stay with very good care, sweet and caring staff, managed by a friendly, helpful French, who knows a lot about Indonesia and can tell you all about it in a fascinating way! An absolute must to stay here if you like coziness and want to get to know Indonesia.

We would recommend this place, just outside Yogyakarta, to anyone, but especially to families with children. Franz and his entire staff will surprise you with their kindness, the easy way in which they will accommodate your every wish and guide you in choosing activities. If you book on their website you will have the option of transfers, laundry and first dinner for free. In the room there is a bottle with always fresh water, tea and coffee set. The villas are spacious, clean, with a pleasant view of rice fields and Mount Merapi. In the bathroom there is everything you need, including an excellent hairdryer! No mosquitoes :-) swimming pool with freezing water. We always had dinner at Rosella, excellent cuisine. Breakfast is enchanting, especially when served at dawn. Excellent organization of the tours, thanks again to our special driver Tono. Amazing value for money for everything. Terima kashi!

This was our second visit to Alamanda Family Villas & Pool and again we enjoyed our stay very much. The team arranged also our train tickets from Jakarta to Bandung and from Bandung to Yogjakarta. The staff is outstanding and extremely helpfull and friendly. Also via Alamanda team a taxi was arranged for our further trip to Malang / Broma / Kalibaru and ferry crossing to Bali. Furthermore they can arrange all kind of excursions !

Posizione tranquilla, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, personale disponibile a soddisfare tutte le richieste, ci hanno organizzato i transfer dall’aeroporto e le visite ai templi, peccato che siamo stati sono due notti, servizio lavanderia incluso nel prezzo, stanze grandi e sufficientemente attrezzate, buona la colazione. Ottimo il loro ristorante con il cuoco Richie, gentilissimo e disponibile a soddisfare le richieste

Alamanda Family Villa's was echt geweldig! Frans, de eigenaar, was super behulpzaam en kende de omgeving goed. De villa te midden van de rijstvelden was adembenemend, inclusief een heerlijk ontbijt en een verfrissend zwembad. En geloof het of niet, ze hebben zelfs onze was gedaan! Een onvergetelijke mix van gastvrijheid en comfort. 🌿🏡🌞

Top, prachtig resort aan de rijstvelden niet ver van de stad met een super service. Via hun tours kunnen boeken naar de Borobudur. Ontbijt was uitgebreid. We werden van de trein gehaald. Onze was werd gedaan. Al met al helemaal top

With a smile on our face and tears in our eyes we‘re packing our bags to leave our „home“ in Yogyakarta. Thank you so much Frans and teams (or should I say „family“?) for those 7 amazing days. The kids were sad as they realized we have to go: „This is the best one we’ve ever been and deserves 5 stars!“ Mas Tono, thank you for your all! We hope to see you in Europe. Frans, we don’t say goodbye. We say „Auf Wiedersehen“ for a reason. Once again, thank you for the laughs and love you share with the people around you! Stay healthy and see you — hopefully soon!
