The place is very calm and cozy. The staffs are very polite. Rooms are spacious and give off cottage core vibes. Cleanliness of the resort was the striking feature with well maintained garden and waterfall. Food quality was okay but a bit overpriced. Pleasant stay overall.

Behind every great dish, there's a chef with a story. "Your cooking is a slice of heaven.Thank you for the delicious meal!" # @Chef Satya Pradhan # And the hotel rooms were spacious and spotless ,with great decor and crisp bed sheets.The breakfast buffet was delicious,with a huge variety of options!The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable .Nothing was too much trouble.

One of the best hotel in gangtok.Great location beautiful surroundings atmosphere a great staff.most friendly and helpfull staff ever.Food was good.rooms were well equipped value for money. Planning to visit again in future. We friends had great experience.worth to stay here.

Firstly,Hotel and staff member’s are too much calm and good in behaviour….Environment of restaura - Peacefull….Nice room service and cooperation…..As I preferred Jain/Swaminarayan food, it is well prepared and served to me….Thanks to all the staffs and members of the restaurant staff ..👍

The staff is so helpful and the property is well maintained the room are spacious and clean with a beautiful view of the valley.this resort is very beautiful view from room were good food was nicely cooked and delicious . enjoy breakfast during their stay

The restaurant staff was fabulous. 1. Miss ismreeti 2. Miss Ambika 3. Miss grace 4. Miss aita 5. Miss maya They are very good with uss in behaviour, nature and service. Food was also very delicious and ur venue is also very awesome. I love the staff most.

Very polite ,humble and well trained staff . Quick in service and has an postive attitude towards everything .Food ,view ,rooms,cleanliness,staff just amazing. Summit Norling beats the best hotels of India. The staff is very courteous and treats every visitor happily . I was late for the checkin due to flight issues but the staff was very caring that they kept asking about me as the route was not so clear since i visited in monsoon . They provide u with many complimentary services and u just cant resist them .The resort is reallyy beautifulllll.

The vibe is natural. Natural as nature . Caring team , some unforgettable views Self made things Specially kabita gimiray ,Gracy,ismreeti,Aita Lalam were treated us so preciously in which we felt as this is our home only. To be honest Will visit repetitively Regards Dr lokesh
