I asked for extra bedding to be put in my room when I booked, as I have a bad back sometimes I sleep on the floor it was not,the hotel was so cold I waited downstairs for my room to heat up all night which was Very cold as well,a girl screaming ruined our nice evening,something or someone was screaming outside our window all night my husband had bad asthma attack due to the coldness night,the stairs were not clean or hoovered uncomfortable mattress paid for breakfast which was cold ,staff was very friendly and kind

Fabulous location, well maintained, food quality/price excellent.
Lovely surroundings, if your looking for a hotel in peaceful settings without the normal holidaymakers chaos it’s well worth the visit.

The room was clean and comfortable and we had an amazing view over the downs. Checking and out was quick and easy. The only downside was the soundproofing on the room door and the windows which wasn’t great. Some heavy curtains and a new room door would really help.

A very disappointing stay. The shower was scalding literally and fell to bits. The bedroom was hot with no aircon. And noisy, breakfast didn’t start until 7.30. Ridiculous for an airport hotel, Beautiful grounds though. No airport transfers. Not recommended.

Overnight stay for early Gatwick flight. Clean and comfortable room, nice grounds, good dinner. Friendly and helpful staff.

We stayed here prior to a flight. The staff were very friendly.
The breakfast was fine but it would have been good to have a choice of a non sugary or low sugar cereal like Weetabix.
The room was spacious with a roof lantern and no window so you felt a bit hemmed in.
Would stay again.
