Das Hotel ist sehr sauber; das Personal ist äußerst hilfsbereit; Frühstücksbuffet, Nachmittagskuchen und Abendmenü waren allererste Klasse; Sonderwünsche beim Essen werden berücksichtigt; die Umgebung ist wunderschön und lädt für zahlreiche Ausflüge ein;

Obwohl sich das Hotel auf Busreisende spezialisiert hat werden auch Individualreisende sehr zuvorkommend empfangen und gut untergebracht. Das Hotel bietet einen sehr guten Wellnessbereich. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Hotel, mit der Pitztalkarte sind viele Wanderziele gut erreichbar. Außerdem hat das Hotel einen eigenen Wanderleiter, mit dem wir interessanten Wanderungen gemacht haben.

sehr gut geführtes hotel, bei dem sich auch die inhaber nicht zu schade waren, von früh bis spät selbst mitzuarbeiten. hervorragende küche am abend und ein großes frühstücksangebot. freizeitangebot ( hallenbad, saunen, fahrradkeller, geführte Wanderungen und viele tipps ) mehr als ausreichend. Pitztalkarte inklusive.

Nous étions 4 personnes, soit 2 couples (2 alsaciens et 2 bordelais). Excellent séjour à tous points de vue ! Autant la nourriture, la propreté de l'ensemble de l'hôtel, les chambres refaites depuis notre dernier passage il y a 8 ans comme tout le bâtiment, le personnel affable et souriant, les infos sur l'environnement culturel et naturel de cette si belle région, tout nous a plu.

Je fréquente cet établissement depuis 36 ans, je n'ai jamais été déçue, très bonne nourriture et très bon rapport qualité prix, je le conseille vivement. De plus le cadre est idyllique pour qui aime la montagne.

Bisher war ich zum Ski fahren im Pitztal und im Arzlerhof, aber diese Zeit hat auch seinen Reiz…. die Vielfalt der Natur, die Berge ohne Schnee, der Wahnsinn. Das Hotel hat sich komplett verschönert, Zimmer topp renoviert, ganz stilvoll, der Wellnessbereich ist der „Hammer“ geworden, die Mitarbeiter:innen sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, der die Köche haben wieder einmal alles gegeben, für mich ist der Arzlerhof…“nach Hause kommen“.

Trés bonne hotel; salle de bain moderne : piscine interieur et sona panoramique magnifique sur les montagnes ;chambre trés confortable vue la chaleur en aout nous avons dormis comme des bébés !!! Le buffet le matin extra copieux .. et bon ... le soir une cuisine raffinée et excellente. Trés bon chef . Point négatif !! les menus ne sont pas en français et pourais faire un effort pour la clientelles françaises !!!! Nous vous recommandons cette excellente adresse .Hiver et été .

Sehr schönes Hotel in bester Lage mit herrlicher Aussicht auf das Inntal und Imst. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet, das Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Schwimmbad und die Panoramasauna lassen auch "schlechtes" Wetter gut überstehen. Das i-Tüpfelchen bildet dann die Gästekarte mit freiem Bus, Bergbahnen und Kaunertal.

Hotel très agréable dans un cadre sympathique , confortable, calme, l'accueil y est chaleureux, la nourriture est excellente. de nombreuses activités proposées: randonnées pédestres guidées, randonnées en VTT. Tout pour ceux qui aiment la montagne ou pour se reposer
