Wonderful local hotel with great views and an excellent breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff and walkable to town. We had 2 balconies looking at different views.

Schönes Hotel mit tollem Treppenhaus - Teppich auf den Stufen. Grosses Zimmer mit Balkon und Bademänteln. Leider keine Wasserflasche, Wasserkocher oder Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer. Wellness besteht aus einer einzigen kleinen Saunakabine, welche nur im Winter oder auf Bestellung aufgeheizt wird. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr reichhaltig und wird laufend aufgefüllt. Sehr freundliches Service-Personal. WLAN funktioniert gut. Die Batterien vom Safe und der TV-Fernbedienung waren fast leer.

悪かった点 受付が恐ろしく無愛想で不親切。 部屋のライトがカビだらけ アクセスがあまり良くない。 コーヒーとお菓子、果物のサービスがあるとホームページにありますが、地下の暗い部屋にコーヒーマシン、カサカサの駄菓子と萎びたリンゴがあるだけでした。 自転車も使えるとホームページにありましたが、制約が多く使えませんでした。 部屋にケトルがなく受付で借りたらデポジットを30ユーロも請求されました。 早くに予約したのに同じカテゴリーの部屋の中で一番下の階でした。東洋人だからでしょうか？ 良かった点 レストランは言われているよりは美味しかった。 ウエートレスのお姉さんが親切だった。

Das Frühstück war lecker. Leider war die Schlafgelegenheit für eins der Kinder (Couch) nicht so angenehm und die Zimmer insgesamt relativ dunkel. Ansonsten haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

We were here with a travel group. We all found the rooms Clean, spacious, bright and very nice. The hotel feels very comfortable and safe. The breakfast buffet was very generous and delicious. All the rooms have nice terraces and ours had a beautiful view of the mountains and town of Seefeld. We also enjoyed our dinners there. Both the restaurant and hotel staff were very gracious and patient. There is a very comfortable bar and lounge with big screen TV to watch soccer games or visit with fellow travelers. The only downside was spotty WiFi, but overall would highly recommend.

Convenient location, easy to spot if it is your first time in Seefeld, easy to access by foot. Very helpful friendly staff, restaurant best for good breakfast and salad bar. Three stars. E bikes to use. Unstable wi-fi. Standard clean rooms. Would book again.

The worst experience was in this Hotel in my 12 days Europe trip. Only thing ne small lift for passenger where only 2 people and their luggage can hardly fit. No water bottles in the refrigerator in the rooms. No Electric kettle in the room. No shaving kit provided on request. No breakfast provided. The entry to the breakfast place denied at 7.32 AM saying that the the breakfast closes at 7.30 AM. No pre information was provided. The hotel administration was very rude in talking and is not fit at all for hospitality business.
