All super in this hotel. A great breakfast could be slightly better: From 9:00 a.m. no more was filled (orange juice, spice, cut...) and each second cut had a corner off and also the tables were not really quick and for Next guests made ready, wasn't so bad, it has enough tables...

Fabulous hotel, staff absolutely fab and really clean, would definitely recommend. Tram station directly into Geneva centre less than 5 minutes walk. Breakfast lovely and again the staff were lovely and very helpful and polite A shuttle bus is also provided free of charge to and from the airport

We arrive in Geneva on 28 January 2024 and Chek in at Appart’City Collection Geneve Aeroport Vernier. We have stayed for 6 days and cheked out on 3 February 2024 and to Airport. We arrive in Indonesia on 4 January 2024. It turns out, thre are things left behind because I checked wasn’t in my suitcase. I reported it via my friend who booked the hotel to the hotel email. The hotel answered that it was not found. Is it that fast to answer that it is not found. Usually there will be an answer and then try to chek again. I hope to find it because l’m sure the item was left in the cuppoard drawer, even though it was only perfume and chocolate. Our friend also in Geneva has contacted by phone but the same anawer is not found. Honestly, we were very happy while staying at the hotel. I hope there is hope for the common good. Thank You

I stayed there for 2 nights where I was on business trip in Geneva. The staff by the reception were rude and not service-minded. There is no wine opener in the room. So I went down to reception to borrow one. The staff told me he could not let me take it and I have to bring the bottle down and open it there! It was such a humiliating experience. The staff were slow and sloppy. The facilities was poor. The room is very small and has only bed, a small table and a chair. No hairdryer, no ironing board, no bottle opener, no cups or glass. It was very expensive comparing what I got. The location is not convenient. It is in the middle of nowhere. The grocery store nearby closes early.

The 27-square-meter room is very large, it is more comfortable to live, the bathroom is dry and wet, there is a cloakroom, there is a small kitchen, you can simply cook something, the big window will be more perfect if the floor-to-ceiling window design, overall very good, except the location is a bit biased, the bus usually runs every hour, Be optimistic about the time to go out, but if you have a car, it will be very convenient. The outside environment is very good, the scenery is beautiful

This hotel takes distance with normal french brands. It looks like more European hotels with all services that they announced. The room is adequate for a comfortable host. The amenities and towers were enough for each guest. The breakfast was plenty and quality. The staff was friendly and professional.

La camera molto piccola e in camera non c’è n’era a disposizione un phone.. insomma non è andata come avrei immaginato.

Structure located about seven minutes by taxi from the airport and outside the center however easily reachable with trams 14 and 18 taking both 50 metres from the hotel and with only 15 minutes bring you to the full Bel Air stop center from where you can It is already at the foot of the historic centre and the lake, and the structure is renovated by restructuring, but I think it is very disorganized and certainly needs to be improved in many respects. The rooms are more than comfortable with king size double bed, unfortunately not in Italian but with sack-size peelings. A comfortable bathroom with a large shower where bidet is obviously absent, a large bathroom with a 4-star big shiabat is missing and there are no drinks in the refrigerator except a bottle of water that can be found on the table at the arrival. Unfortunately, they left to wish cleaning and worse the second day they had not even made the room to clean it (in 10 minutes!!!) on ns request around 18.00 and I leave room for imagination on the level of cleaning made. Breakfast is both sweet and saloon-acceptable and with a variety of proposals. We found a boy who was also speaking Italian very propens to give information, friendly and also available in the breakfast room. Check In and Check Out too slow and yet with few people waiting for this due to the presence of one operator, a situation that we also noticed in the tours of the so-called stay. I think it is a good solution for those who want to spend much less than the facilities in the centre, even for the simple and fast connection to the tram this latter how buses can be used entirely free by making themselves the reception tickets worth all the stay Vs.

Best location if you are willing to catch an early train at Geneva Airport, clean bed and toilet facilities to let you relax and recover quickly if you are taking a long trip.

Lovely hotel with amazing service. Helped microwave our food and gave us info on what to do in Geneva and how to access the city. Cleaned and very good location. 4 mins walk to the tram which you can connect the rest of the city from. And the views of my hotel room. Oh my God. Really lovely place. The WiFi was good but could do better.
