It's hard to find, especially in the darkness itself. It's the only minus that there's no sign.But if you know the language, the wonderful hostess will explain and meet everything. Big apartment. Isolated room-Studio. There's a TV, a spare pillow and a blanket. A towel. Kitchen and bathroom for 3 rooms.In the bathroom is available. Everything was very nice. I would stop next time! I recommend - next to a charming focachiato!

The outside of the building is a ”fine example” of 1980's architecture, i.e. grim! Our room was on the first floor, level with some ”feature” triangles in the roof, which served no purpose at all other than to spoil the view of the harbour! Upon entering reception the feel is very opulent. The reception staff were not particularly welcoming...but we were checking in around 10pm (that being the time our flight had landed). We were rather hoping for some food, but the kirchen closed at 10pm, so all we were offered was a ”Cheese Toastie” (which, although very welcoming, did rather strike me that the Hotel was not ”in tune” with flight times and the potential for guests to be checking in and not wanting to have to find a restaurant outside the hotel at that time of the night! The room was large, but had the air of a Hotel Room which had seen nearly 40 years of good servbice, wtihout a great deal of care and attention taken to its upkeep. For example, the built-in wardrobe/cupboard door did not open properly, there was a large scratch on the ”feature” wood panelling around the room and the tile grouting in the shower was black with mould in places. BUT...on the plus side, the air-conditioning worked...and was not too noisey, the room was big enough for the two of us. The bed was large (albeit a big ”squishy” for my liking and there was a kettle/coffee pod machine so we could make our own drinks. We were there for 5 nights, so it is important - in my book - that if you're payng those kind of prices that the room is perfect...It wasn't really perfect. Similarly, because of its location right next door to the Aquarium, there were a large number of small children there, obviously from rich families who were not massively adept at controlling them. We never ate uin the restaurant in the evening, but did take our drinks onto the terrace one evening, where lots of diners had booked a table outside. A famly with three children under 5 then arrived and they continued to scream, run about the place and generally make a relaxzing space very VERY stressful. We took our drinks inside and I happened to comment in my best(?) Italian that the children were beng too noisey...some minutes later the family came inside...and I thought we were going to ahve to move again, but they went out of the hotel altogether! Unfortunately, we were not able to move so quickly the next morning at breakfast, where there was the same family creating havoc in the breakfast area! Next time we will ahve to fnd a hotel which is ”Adults Only”...Being a father of two (now grown-up) children, we were constantly on alert so that our kids didn'6t cause disruption to anyone else around us...That - however - doesn't seem to be the ”European way”! Location-wise was amazing, right on the harbour quaryside. We stayed for one night. The hotel is in the centre of the cars, near bars, typical restaurants, aquarium and ports. Excellent location for short stays in the city. The staff is super available and nice. The hotel is very comfortable and has a very good price. The area is attached to the port, so you can't imagine it's “typically” tourist, but we haven't had any problems to turn with a 5-year-old child. Recommended!

The room was very large for a family of 4 people, a few steps away from the station, top staff. Gentle and available, it seems to be at home.

We arrived at late night after a long trip, and we have been welcomed from a really sweet guy who helped us to park our car ,and also offered us a beer .. the room was clean and spacious,the hotel is new and has a stylus and smart concept... we had to stay only 1 night but we extend 1 more nite in order to rest and relax before going back home.. the day after we met elder who seems to be the manager who gave us so many informations on what to see in genova and where to eat proper Italian food .. we felt like home,it wasn’t expected,such a great surprise at the end of our road trip through Europe.. definitely recommended .. we will stay again if we will ever come back to genova.. thanks guys

Beautiful hotel near the station and port. Arrived in late and got a lovely welcome. The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was excellent ! Check out was easy and breakfast was good. There is a free luggage storage service too. Overall a lovely stay.

We stayed for one night in Genoa before our flight the next day. The hotel is located a little away from the main areas and not much amenity around but close to cruise terminals and airport. Check in and particularly check in staff were very good. Rooms was fine with all essentials provided such as basic toiletries, safe, TV. Breakfast was include and had plenty of choices.

Due to an unexpected curtailing of a cruise I needed a hotel close to the airport at a decent price and this one fitted the bill. Check in easy. Room on floor 6 was spacious and clean with 2 single beds. TV channels all Italian. You're in Italy so fair enough. Not much round in terms of eateries on foot that I could see so Deliveroo will be your friend. Breakfast not great but it was in with the price so 🤷 Genoa airport is about 150m away so easily walkable which was my main reason for using. Not really close to Genoa centre so will have limited appeal to tourists although there are lovely mountain views to the rear.
