Due to an unexpected curtailing of a cruise I needed a hotel close to the airport at a decent price and this one fitted the bill. Check in easy. Room on floor 6 was spacious and clean with 2 single beds. TV channels all Italian. You're in Italy so fair enough. Not much round in terms of eateries on foot that I could see so Deliveroo will be your friend. Breakfast not great but it was in with the price so 🤷 Genoa airport is about 150m away so easily walkable which was my main reason for using. Not really close to Genoa centre so will have limited appeal to tourists although there are lovely mountain views to the rear.

This hotel lies north of Genoa city. Approximately 15-20 minutes of a boredom drive through the gutters of the city. A nice surprise when you see the hotel coming up uphill. Nice and convenient parking behind the hotel. The staff is very very friendly. Check-in' went quick. Elevators are slow. Wi-Fi is adequate. Room coverage is ok. The room itself is clean, basic+ and small-medium sized. Bed is ok, but I think the matrasses could be replaced. There is a modern and spacious gym in the hotel with great Technogym equipment. The breakfast is good to perfect and the staff serving and maintaining it is the best I had since a long time. I had a wonderful (business) stay at this hotel and will return. The even have electric car chargers, which is a plus!

Beautiful hotel near the station and port. Arrived in late and got a lovely welcome. The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was excellent ! Check out was easy and breakfast was good. There is a free luggage storage service too. Overall a lovely stay.

We arrived at late night after a long trip, and we have been welcomed from a really sweet guy who helped us to park our car ,and also offered us a beer .. the room was clean and spacious,the hotel is new and has a stylus and smart concept... we had to stay only 1 night but we extend 1 more nite in order to rest and relax before going back home.. the day after we met elder who seems to be the manager who gave us so many informations on what to see in genova and where to eat proper Italian food .. we felt like home,it wasn’t expected,such a great surprise at the end of our road trip through Europe.. definitely recommended .. we will stay again if we will ever come back to genova.. thanks guys

The location is very good, surrounded by attractions, call a car for three minutes.
It takes ten minutes to walk from the pier, breakfast is very rich, it is worth staying again.

Before you book this elegant hotel, I urge you to do a search with the word “RUDE.” I wish I had. Both the hotel and the city of Genoa were a big mistake for me, an older woman traveling solo. A few of many examples: When I arrived at the hotel, I immediately saw the gleaming bar and asked if they also served food. The bartender literally barked at me that he couldn’t hear me with my mask on! The night before I left it was a 20-minute struggle to add the one meal I had charged to my account. The next morning as I was literally seated in a cab, the woman at the desk ran out to ask me if I paid for my dinner. To top it off, I took home a giant bruise on my elbow, courtesy of a guest who slammed his luggage handle into my arm to save himself three seconds exiting an elevator. Rudeness breeds rudeness. This hotel definitely seems more attuned to business guests and does not want to be bothered at all with tourists. Unfortunately, the city had the same vibe. With the exception of the Hop On/Hop Off bus and the super-helpful multi-lingual Francesca, tourists seemed to irritate them. I have traveled extensively in Italy and this hotel and city, IMO, totally lack the warm hospitality and joy that I love about Italy.

The hotel is strategically located in the city center, but enjoys the quiet and privacy of the country hotel. The rooms are furnished in a modern style and have simple but elegant furniture.
The room was very clean and the staff at the reception were very professional and helpful. I was delighted to have a 3 night stay at the B&B Hotel in the centre of Genoa

The hotel has delivered flawless services to us. The staff - every single one - is extremely friendly and helpful. We didn't go to the spa or fitness room, so no comment about that. The rooms were absolutely clean and functional. Sleeping comfort was very good. There is a valet service for parking (and, if you have an EV, charging) your car. What I would like to mention is that at one point I forgot my card and the cleaning personnel refused to open the room right away but rather kindly requested an ID and contacted the receptionist. I can only applaud at this professionalism. What we really enjoyed was the restaurant and meals served at the bar during off hours. The dishes were nothing short of exquisite. We've had seabrass on a fantastic pesto sauce or duck breast with an unusual selection of supplements that perfectly matched the meat. The desserts were delicious, too. For our children they went an extra mile and created variants - spot on. For lunch we spent around 180 Euros for three people, but it was worth every cent. Negative points are few. The only thing we would have expected a little bit different was the breakfast which is definitely small at a first glance, but you can order additional items that, however, are really freshly made like a fruit salad or egg. Do not expect an opulent buffet. What they are offering is of highest quality, though.

GGuest UserNice hotel, probably for a 5* I expected something more. The standard double room is practical but not big. The same thing for the bathroom. I value it more a 4* superior than a 5*.
Note: breakfast: EUR 18 per head, and coffee or cappuccino was not with a bar machine but with an automatic self-service that I didn't like. I expected much more, at least from breakfast.

GGuest UserThis hotel was the perfect location for us - super close (within 2 mins walk) of the train station which was fab as we used Genoa as a base to explore the coastal region. Hotel room was really lovely and clean. We had a large balcony overlooking the front of the hotel. Naturally being central to a city it is noiser with the road outside but we found the shutters very useful to cancel a lot of this out. Breakfast was fine and the 2 restaurants available as part of the hotel (or Savoia next door) were so handy. With the main Savoia restaurant on floor 7 brilliant - incredible food & a far reaching view. I'd highly recommend for a stay if you're in Genoa.

Cchiwaithe location is excellent right across the Milano Brignole Rail station, and there are plenty of eateries and shopping nearby. The room is clean, and drinks and snacks in the fridge are free to guests. This is impressive and well received by both me and my wife. The room is quiet, even though our room is right across the elevator. The elevator is one of the oldest I have seen, and it works perfectly. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. Since I booked this hotel more than a month ago, so the tariff was quite reasonable.

Xxiao xiangVery good hotel, the room is clean and tidy, the breakfast is very rich, 5 minutes away from the city center, extremely convenient.
Genova is cheap, 1,5 euros for a glass of 660ml Italian beer in the supermarket, 1,3 euros for mineral water, 0,15 euros for mineral water.
At the Zhongyu Pavilion 6 euros you can eat a plate of stir-fried vegetables or two braised lion heads, all of which in Shanghai is unimaginable.

Llc1898Excellent 4-star hotel located in the ancient port a stone's throw from the historic center in front of the aquarium.
I booked a room with a balcony and a view of the port and I was very satisfied both for the cleanliness and for the ample space available, including 4 Lavazza coffee capsules with relative machine, a 1/2 liter bottle of water in the room in addition to the various infusions to use with the kettle.
Very friendly and helpful staff, the dining room very well furnished in ship style with ropes and sail inserts but not intrusive.
Buffet breakfast with a wide choice and excellent ingredients, cappuccino or coffee made on the spot and served at the table.
Even if for one night it is an experience to be repeated

IIrinaVery nice hotel for staying in Genova, interior is stylish and renovated. Location is good, nearby Brignole railway station, also various cafes, shops, supermarkets. Room is comfortable, staff is very friendly. Our stay was great, thank you. Highly recommended.

A great family friendly hotel! Staff were very helpful and thoughtful - I was travelling on my own to visit family with a small child and they very kindly upgraded me (without me asking as I would just expect the room I paid for). The room was very clean, and the daily service of the room was excellent too. Breakfast did get a bit crowded on a couple of days but they opened another section the following day to cater to the extra numbers. Pool was great, lovely and clean and nice big towels provided. A really great spot for staying close to the city with a small child who can only manage 1/2 day adventures. My daughter and I LOVED this hotel and thought it was great value!
