Très bon hôtel , personnel sympa , petit déjeuner idyllique sur le toît de l'hôtel avec vue sur la ville en plus il est situé au centre et prêt de tout. Je recommande cet hôtel , j'y ai passé un très bon séjour et y retourne à chaqune de mes visites à Gêne .

Camera indecente, molto sporca, biancheria già usata, strato di polvere e fazzoletti usati sotto il letto...abbiamo lasciato subito la camera. Non era possibile soggiornare in una struttura così sporca e fatiscente. Non mi era mai successo !!!

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cet hôtel et avons été enchantés par son emplacement au cœur du centre historique de Gênes ! Malgré un aspect vieillot, l’accueil chaleureux, des propriétaires, la propreté des lieux, et le rapport qualité-prix attractif ( 120 euros la nuit avec petit déjeuner compris) en font une véritable trouvaille ! Seul bémol, il est difficile de dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes en raison des bruits nocturnes de la ville. Cependant, cela ne nuit en rien à l'expérience globale. Chambre 301

Esperienza non troppo buona. Lenzuola pulite ma impressione generale di poca pulizia. Arredo di cattivo gusto con sensazione di mancanza di manutenzione. Phon non funziona, c'è un secondo phon ma ha la presa tedesca e non c'è l'adattatore. televisione ...non si vede neanche un canale.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte meno del previsto a causa della mancanza dei servizi assicurati. Avevo chiamato appositamente con anticipo per assicurarmi che il Wi-Fi fosse funzionante e di conseguenza avevo prenotato, organizzandomi per lavorare online in hotel. Al nostro arrivo, oltre alle condizioni misere della camera, abbiamo scoperto che la rete non funzionava da più giorni. Ci è stata garantita la soluzione del problema ma il giorno seguente il Wi-Fi era ancora fuori uso. Siamo dovuti tornare a casa prima, con tutto il disagio che ciò ha causato, dovendo addirittura discutere con il proprietario per la disonestà nei servizi offerti.

Terribile esperienza! Stanza sporca, muri macchiati, bagno puzzolente,senza climatizzatore,solo un ventilatore,tende strappate e mobili di recupero rotti (l’armadio aveva i cunei sotto i piedini). Al pagamento,non ha neanche chiesto come stavamo,solo la fattura,il pagamento e Buona giornata. Il gestore dovrebbe vergognarsi di presentare una stanza del genere!

Hotel trovato in extremis su altra famosa piattaforma grazie ad un’offerta. Centralissimo, assolutamente senza nessuna pretesa e pulito quanto basta. Titolare molto cordiale e disponibile. Struttura molto particolare con camere tutte diverse l’una dall’altra. Unica vera pecca è il parcheggio, struttura sprovvista e trovarlo in strada è un terno a lotto… abbiamo soggiornato a luglio/22 e avevamo solo un piccolo ventilatore (non siamo morti di caldo e il titolare ci aveva avvertito telefonicamente). Lo consiglierei? Si dai, ci tornerei ma prenderei una camera climatizzata

L'hotel è situato in una posizione strategica per poter visitare Genova e il suo accattivante centro storico .l'hotel è molto bello e interessante ben tenuto e pulito le camere sono comode e fresche si può raggiungere a piedi le il porto antico.colaxione strepitosa con vista panoramica impareggiabile sui tetti di Genova che arrivano al mare.consigliatissimo.graxie e arrivederci
