It was my first experience to stay at Ibis Hotel Besuki Rahmat... The hotel located in the centre of Surabaya, near to Tunjungan Plaza Mall and besides the hotel there was an convenient store.. So if you hungry at night you can go diretly to the store.. The Hotel staff also very helpfull and nice to the guest.. For the room also clean and quite big.. There was food court also behind the hotel which is sell a lot of food and traditional food.. One of best hotel in Surabaya... Good jod team..

we stayed here for 1 night, the location of the hotel is very strategic because it is opposite to one of the biggest malls, Tunjungan Plaza is also next to a fast food restaurant so you don't have to be confused when we are hungry at night we arrive around At 18.30 WIB and the parking door are blocked by a regular hotel event at night there is a kind of slope on the terrace of the hotel, and then our vehicle was parked in the vallet by the staff. The check-in process went quickly and we were helped to get it. Double bed room according to our request, even through the application, only large twin room, the room is according to the hotel grade, a budget business hotel, not very big indeed for the size of a double bed even to pray in our room is enough the trouble towels still feel musty and since the shower is not closed/no door/doors with toilet,then water will splash everywhere after shower,a bit careful as it will slippery non smoking room but still a bit feel less smell comfortable

This hotel room is good, but some of it is not it. sometimes you get a room where the air conditioner is cold, sometimes not. the wastafel here is also clogged. but he plus part is the water dispenser you can drink whenever you thirsty without thinking of buying more. overall, this hotel is good buttry to ge yourself in lower level but not floor 1 and avoid getting into room that more than 3 (example: 204, 304) because the wifi ia ****ty and youll only get wifi in certain places.

This new hotel is located on heart of Surabaya city. The hotel is clean, comfort and the hotel staffs is really friendly and helpful. There's a lot of 24hours fastfood chain restaurants, street food vendors and convinience stores around the hotel. It takes only 5 minutes walk to TUNJUNGAN PLAZA (one of the biggest mall in Surabaya) The room is not so spacious but it clean and comfort. Luckily, I got room on 16th floor, so it has a beautiful cityscape of Surabaya too. The food was okey, breakfast buffet has a several choices of local food. And the restaurant looks modern and cozy enough. You will get a lot of smiles from the hotel staffs while you stay. And they very helpful too. And sure, I will be back to this hotel.

previously stayed here and the conclusion was disappointing.because:1.limited car parking 2. The staff are friendly but often looks relaxed And for now I checked in back with forced because it was booked here for office, and had to be disappointed again. At the time of check-in, the reception staff was pretty and joking. Then there is no security or officer to help park. And the way back to the hotel at night is also the same, there is no hotel attendant to help, even I ringed until 4x, the security came out and even pointed by the roadside kirs to park my vehicle.. Don't recommend it if I think

Stayed at SRV between 29 Feb to 03 March 2024. Putri, she manages both the reservations, check-in & also SRV IG. Hotel location is smacked right in the centre to Jalan Tunjungan, the hotspot for the yuppies of Surabaya. Great food. Atmosphere too. The toilet is clean, with a bidet which is a must. Alot of people reviewed that the shower is not warm/hot enough. For me, it is right. Just need to run it for a good 5 minutes for the perfect water temperature. There is a rooftop pool on the 12th floor next to Sky Lites bistro. Bintang lemon is 38K, ceasar salad for 45K. Customer service is excellent across the entire hotel. Aircon in the room is so cold, which i like it. Surabaya weather is outrageously hot most of the days. Please bring cotton tops & bottoms. There is a bank, Mandiri within 3 mins walk from the hotel. If you want to buy your oleh oleh, its about a 8 mins walk. Lastly, i will definitely come back and stay in this hotel. The panaromic views is 360 degrees from the rooftop. Truly amazing views. The pool is 2metres at its deepest. Note: i shared some photos around Surabaya River View Hotel, for those who wants to buy your oleh-oleh (souvenirs) they accept cash, card, shopee pay, OVO pay, gopay too.

The location is close to the Grand city and also close to the gubeng station, for the service is very good, the room is cleaned a day,

If you don't mind hotels with old nuances and so-so service... Then this hotel might be the right choice. A few useful tips for you: order from the application with the lowest rate, choose the lowest class, do not order the service with breakfast, most importantly ... Lower expectations as low as possible Plus: the price is very cheap, the publish-rate is even cheaper than some apps. Their lowest class (July 2022) is only 270k, 290k with breakfast (usually fried rice delivered to each room). The location is right in the heart of Surabaya, next door to Plaza Surabaya, Surabaya Square, Submarine Monument, and 5 minutes walk from Gubeng Lama Station. And oh yeah, each of their rooms is equipped with a bathtub. Minus: some of the interiors seem gloomy and many are already dull. The swimming pool is so-so, but not child-friendly, the shallowest part is 1.2 m and there is no clear barrier with the bottom of the pool sloping to a depth of 1.9 m, so parents who invite their children to swim here must really accompany and ensure children just play along the stairs to enter the pool. Coffee, tea and toiletries provided are only for one person each, except for two towels which look very dull. The choice of food is very limited, the additional menu offered is very expensive, it's better to order online service Two notes that bothered me quite a bit; 1.
