The hotel is located next to the 1st Avenue shopping center and the Komtar tower, about 2.5 km to the explanada, 30 minutes on foot. Nearby is stop #9 of the free tourist bus that runs around the city center. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. The room is clean, but the room itself is small, ours was without windows. There is a cooler with hot and cold water at the reception.

Nice location, parking easy. The room also spacious and clean. However, the sound-proofing not so good especially my room near the lift, people talk and walk around heard clearly in the morning.

Excellent stay as like your bedroom. Room clean and bed comfortable. The amenities completed for the use if needed. Location good to access food too. We will visit again for next trip in Penang.
