The hotel is relatively clean, and the surrounding area is relatively quiet. There are supermarkets not far away, which is more convenient. However, the breakfast is really bad. The lights in the breakfast room are dim and there are few things. The biggest problem is that I specifically chose a suite. The Ctrip pictures show a suite, but in reality it is a single room. This is a bit of a fraud and I want to complain!

My stay was warm and welcomed. All staff was amazing, both courteous and friendly. I stayed for an extend period of time and enjoyed all my time at the inn. Definitely would recommend if your in town.

The hotel is a lttle dated, the room(s) we were given were clean and OVERLY spacious, as was a two room suite that is going to be converted. The jacuzzi in the room was non-functional. The shower head in the main bathroon would be better if the head had more adjustments (as opposed to none). It would be nice for safery sake if the walkin shower would have grab bar installed. Additionally, the lone minature soap dish needs to much larger, or add several more of the same size. There is no place for shampoo, conditioner or any other bottles/ paraphernalia.

Pictures are deceiving. This place is older and smells old. The staff were friendly. We added an extra night due to a schedule change. This seemed to be a problem because we were asked to recheck in. Somebody messed up and we ended up having an employee walk in on us and our keys stopped working. I would not recommend this place.

Property was very dated. If it was a Hampton Inn, it would have been substandard. More like a very old La Quinta. I get it, location location location, but this was overpriced and right on the freeway (road noise big time). Big nope.

Spotless, comfortable, staff pleasant. Location is in a wooded secluded area but very close to restaurants, shopping and the harbor.
