Pleasant staff and lovely entrance/foyer. However, room was more in keeping with a 3-star hotel - dated, dirty in the corners and bed topper/cushions stained.

Hotel rooms look tired and need some updating. Breakfast poor, no buffet, food good quality and staff friendly but very slow service and mistakes with order made often

The best thing in the hotel was the staff which were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the room was very small for a couple. Not much space for a suitcase and a tiny wardrobe didn't fit all clothing. The iron in the room was burned so couldn't use it. The windows don't open but are not air tight either therefore the noice from a main street is a big issue if you're a light sleeper. With restaurants and pubs around the noice goes into 2am on the weekend. The breakfast was quite poor too, slow service and miss items. Do not order Scottish breakfast as you will be hungry and disappointed.

A very nice hotel in Glasgow, near many amenities. The highlight of our stay was the amazing service provided by Halle on the front desk. Halle was engaging, kind and displayed empathy to us. Rooms are well appointed with high ceilings. Thank you so much for our lovely stay!

Arrived at Abode after Checking out of the next doors hotel after t10 minutes of arriving, Reception quickly booked a room and upgraded to the desired rooms free of charge. Staff were excellent, hotel was perfect, food was excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel

Room had windows that couldn’t be opened. Basically a double bed in a single room where we had to walk sideways around the bed. Room didn’t have adequate storage for a couple. Breakfast was very poor with burnt bacon and the toast was forgotten also, no mustard in the hotel. Located near the centre but for the price I have stayed in nearby hotels with far better service and quality. However, the staff were great and very friendly. This hotel is a 2 1/2 star at best!

Bed was super soft which isn't what we are used to but was comfy and got a good night sleep. The room is dated but the worst thing was the smell. There was a strong damp/stale smoke smell is the rooms which stuck to our clothes all day. The tap in the bathroom are also not great and the radiator constantly leaks

La habitación olía a cloaca, un horror. Además la cama era bastante incómoda. Es un sitio muy antiguo. Por suerte, sólo pasé unas pocas horas en el hotel.
Cuidado porque al ser tan viejo, no tiene enchufes europeos ni tipo USB, hay que llevar adaptador.

Tired facilities, dated, room not very clean - dust on surfaces and windows filthy. Smelled stuffy. Dirty carpet. Broken drawer, hangers and safe. Restaurant closed, milk frother for coffees not working, lift broken. No room fridge just warm tins on side to be paid for. Remote TV barely working. Expensive superior room - very disappointing.
