I was woken up at 6:30 in the morning to Drilling and banging right above my room. I called the front desk and they said they had no control of the construction that was going on right above us. I called ******* and the actual person from ******* could hear the actual banging and drilling and only refunded us $30. I recently called the Comfort Inn to see if they would at least give me half of my money back for the one night stay. they declined and stated that there is signs throughout hotel stating they are under renovation. I highly recommend not staying at this hotel until it is renovated because they do not care about anybody sleeping !!!

This is a great location. This Property is undergoing remodeling and the floor above us (3rd) was what was being worked on. *Noisy workers at 5AM. *Moving carts and banging things. Our Room 205 *Fridge was not defrosted so the freezer portion was not usable and fridge was not cool enough. *This room has old worn carpeting, the tub needs to be replaced it looks like it was previously repaired and or patched and that was peeling. *The shower bar was falling out of the wall and was hung incorrectly for the shower curtain to protect the floor. The tile in the entry and bath area is super slippery when wet. The day staff person who checked us in seemed disturbed by us showing up and interrupting her on her phone. The evening staff lady was sweet and social and very accommodating. At check out the staff person was the same as the person to checked us in with the same demeanor. We were glad for breakfast if we wanted it. The beds were clean and very comfortable. Air Conditioning in 113 degree weather was working overtime, and kept us nice and cool. The pool was slightly dirty due to winds blowing debris in the water but water was clean. The Spa was in working order and seemed to be the appropriate temperature. There were people hanging out in the parking lot in the early hours of the morning making noise and the windows do not prevent or lessen the noise from outside. There is always room for improvement but overall our stay was good.

Bathroom tub was painted and paint was peeling. Going through renovation. Everything morning construction sounds around 7 am.

My wife and I stayed 3 nights here. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The property overall is a little older and shows its age here there. The shower is a tub and shower combo. It too was clean but the tile was older and showed the past repairs. The shower curtain was new but the bow rod was loose making the shower curtain slide to the middle. Breakfast was good!👍 Standard fare of scrambled eggs, sausage, several pastries and toast and waffles! Juices available from the fountain were cold and enjoyable. And of course coffee and tea. As I said at start, property was clean and well maintained. The rate was very good! We paid $85 per night plus fees. So about $100 a night. I felt it just needed some updating and remodeling. Footnote… there were painters going in and out? And there was a load of construction materials stored in the back. Dry wall, sheets of marble counters? So perhaps the remodeling is actually under way?? 👍👍

No maid service for two days?

Found hair/grime in comforter from previous guests, also had to use a chair to block the door because the are seemed really shady.

No cleaning service every day and the hotel is old on top of that under construction poor breakfast included, not a good experience for me on this place.
