Great apartment at Friary but our room was on 3rd floor with no elevator which could be a struggle for some.

Not particularly impressed. No storage as no bedrooms had wardrobes, shower fixing fell off the wall when water was turned on. Fridge made loud noise and had a smell when opened cutlery not particularly well cleaned eg cheese grater had dried cheese still on it. Overpriced for what it was.

Location was different to what's on the map (it's right next door to the New County Hotel). The apartment was lovely though, looks like it's been recently refurbished and was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. £250 damage deposit seemed quite excessive. Not sure if they get a lot of trouble as housekeeping also came in during stay but didn't do any cleaning, make beds, or fold towels etc (I only knew they'd been because they folded over the edge of the toilet paper and emptied the bin) so I assume their main purpose was to check up on the flat.

Just an awful Experiance. The staff have been nothing but rude and unhelpful. When I've asked how I make a complaint they just get more rude and hang up on me. I've been lie to on multiple occasion and the accommodation was a real let down. Worst to stay. I will never use this company again. Shocking!!!!!!

The apartment I was assigned was right next door to the hotel where I picked up the room key. The check in was easy when I read the instructions and realised I had to go to the hotel reception. The apartment was immacuate and well equipped. Much better than a hotel room. There is not a lift so only suitable for people who can manage stairs with luggage. There are three floors.

The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. Its a good distance from shops and anywhere you would like to go. They've got excellent food and bottled waters and other various accommodations. If there are any issues, the staff is quick to address it.

Best hotel I’ve been to. Fantastic staff, great area with a lot to do. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. I had one of the best nights sleep I’ve ever had and I can’t thank all the staff enough for how kind and help they were. Five stars from me!!

Smelly dirty and not reccomemded Stayg here has put me off visiting gloucester. Had to go all the way to town ce tre to book in also which wasn't explained on initial booking. Undesirable area too , people outside till late in AM shouting & noise clearly herd until early hours 😴

If it was possible to rate them lower, I would. The Nelson inn Apartment Number 2, stank of feaces and vomit. We gagged as soon as opened the door to the apartment. We had to spend our first hour trying to clear the stench and had to go out and buy air freshners etc, and we kept teh windows open all night to be able to sleep . An aprtment for 4 persons with sydio kitchen but you have to eat off the floor as there is no seating or table to eat from The sofa was sooo dusgusting, we sat on the pillows on the floor as it was clearly not of the proprietors concern to deal with the complaints from other customers - I failed to read the reviews. Wrote to them and explained and their staff are not allowed to deal with Customer Services, no response, Go elsewhere - two rooms at at national chain of travel lodges in premium inns would be a far better option that this.
