If anyone sees this review, Please don't select this hotel. If only there was a provision for negative ratings, worst possible hotel destination. Food is also below satisfactory level, hospitality and management are just the worst. Pool is also dirty.

Not good as per expected. The hotel has big halls to do meetings/conferences and small halls also. We were there for a conference of our business association. There is only one lift to reach to 7th floor where big hall is situated which is not enough to carry 200 people people. Food is so so.

Worst hotel ever experienced Bad hospitality of hotel view bhrikuti Unsupportive staffs in hotel miss leading information by hotel staff and website Not to choose this hotel by anyone by mistakely Don't waste time and money in this worst hotel. If I could provide 0 rating,I will provide 0 but there is mandatory to provide 1 rating so,unwilling provide 1 rating.

We booked this hotel for two days dated August 17 and 18 2024. The first disappointing thing is that they made us wait for 1.5 hrs at reception. Thats worst welcome we have ever recieved. Then we attended program directly without check in. During program the projecter display goes off time to time and the most worst thing is that the electricity goes off for 6 times during 4 hours program. At 4:30 pm we were informed to have break. During break we were served by Chiura Bhutan but only 60% of us got served and rest were not served saying that food are finished . After program , we are about to go for swimming. But the manager just refused us for swimming saying we are closed. He didnot hesitate to speak rudely with us by saying " Dont talk about swimming with us , go do whatever you want." Thats the mannerless thing a manager does with his guests. One more thing i must add up is that we requested one of the staffs to manage for a pair of sandle but he ended up saying its your problem , you should manage yourself. Such a bad hospitality.
