We booked this hotel for two days dated August 17 and 18 2024. The first disappointing thing is that they made us wait for 1.5 hrs at reception. Thats worst welcome we have ever recieved. Then we attended program directly without check in. During program the projecter display goes off time to time and the most worst thing is that the electricity goes off for 6 times during 4 hours program. At 4:30 pm we were informed to have break. During break we were served by Chiura Bhutan but only 60% of us got served and rest were not served saying that food are finished . After program , we are about to go for swimming. But the manager just refused us for swimming saying we are closed. He didnot hesitate to speak rudely with us by saying " Dont talk about swimming with us , go do whatever you want." Thats the mannerless thing a manager does with his guests. One more thing i must add up is that we requested one of the staffs to manage for a pair of sandle but he ended up saying its your problem , you should manage yourself. Such a bad hospitality. What a management. I wont be recommending such hotel to anyone else. Worst hotel Worst management Worst hospitality Very bad experience 1/10 rating
