Simplesmente maravilhoso! Estrutura e instalações impecáveis. Quarto enorme, cama king, banheiro grande, com pia e chuveiro duplo. Atendimento ótimo. Café da manhã espetacular e delicioso. Piscina ótima e coberta, com uma vista ótima. Academia ótima e climatizada.

Infelizmente meus filhos d 17 anos se hospederam pela 2 vez neste hotel p competirem… a primeira foi ok, mas essa VERGONHOSA! Ja mandei mail p a gerencia do grupo, mas ainda acham q podem justificar. Como esqueceram d avisar q queriam limpeza ( o q nem precisaria avisar ao meu ver), chegaram e pediram apenas novas toalhas, e ouviram q estavam sem/ esperando a lavanderia entregar. Sairam e ai voltarem pediram novamente e p 4 foi entregue apenas 2 : uma delas c manchas/CHEIA D COCO NO MEIO DA TOALHA! A gerência justificou q a lavagem é terceirizada e as toalhas vem fechadas! Afff q pessimo! Nao tem toalha suficiente e ainda as poucas q entregam estao sujas! Paguei mais d 400 reais a diaria p eles nao terem toalhas. Ai cobraram 90,00 reais p late check out NOVAMENTE SEM TOALHAS! Deviam ter vergonha por um servico deste.
Pena, iriam ficar novamante em breve, mas clato q perderam o cliente! Minha reclamação é p q outros nao passem pelo o q passaram!(

Quartos confortáveis e espaçosos (ponto forte do hotel). Café da manhã também muito bom. Os pontos fracos são a internet, muito instável, a ausência de secador de cabelo nos quartos e quanto à arrumação, só se solicitado na portaria, até às 12 horas. Apesar de o bairro onde o hotel está localizado ser considerado um dos melhores de Goiânia, percebi muita sujeira nas ruas próximas, muito lixo pelas ruas.
