The front desk staff was great as well as some, not all, employees of the restaurant. The breakfast was also just ok. I was expecting nicer jams and spreads because of this hotel reputation. The temperature of the room was warm the entire stay and could not be controlled from the room. The lobby was also very hot at all times. The bed was comfortable and the room kept clean although in dire need of remodeling. All my friends suggested us stay somewhere else next time because Goiania is now provided with many other options.

Gostei do hotel. Meu quarto era enorme, tinha uma salinha com sofa e uma mini cozinha, alem de uma varanda, embora as instalacoes sejam um pouco antigas. O cafe da manha é bom, bem variado, tem pamonha doce e salgada. A xicara de cafe é grande. O hotel é bem localizado, perto da feira do sol. Da pra fazer muita coisa a pe e o uber nao é caro. Tem uma piscina, nao muito grande, mas nao cheguei a ir. Pedi um prato de frango grelhado no room service, veio bem servido. Vale a estadia, voltaria!

I didn't know there was a bad hotel like this. Check.in without any sympathy or explanation of anything, people seem completely unmotivated to work in this decadent place. The old room, air with noise insupportable out of the dirt, dirty beds, bath and incards, mounted and sliced beds, locks and uncomfortable beds, the bathroom washing water everywhere, old and horrible shower. The breakfast a case the part, terror, all dirty, the stools of the dining room had not, no bread, and the only attendant said that “the lady Mary would see if she found bread,” out of the butter defeated two months risking health and who hosts There, case of health and police surveillance . In short, the escape of this decadent place that has the courage to say it is a hotel!!! Horrible!!!

I stayed at this hotel three years ago because of location convenience. It looks like the hotel didn't have any improvement done since then. The room was for two guests, there were two beds, but one bathroom towel and no blankets on the second bed. I didn't even notice until I went to bed. The bathroom mirror was completely full of dark spots that I could not even see my reflection. The room itself was simple and clean. If the owners plan to keep this hotel, they should invest in upgrading/renovation it. On the plus side, the staff were professional and courteous. The breakfast buffet was good.
