The front desk staff was great as well as some, not all, employees of the restaurant. The breakfast was also just ok. I was expecting nicer jams and spreads because of this hotel reputation. The temperature of the room was warm the entire stay and could not be controlled from the room. The lobby was also very hot at all times. The bed was comfortable and the room kept clean although in dire need of remodeling. All my friends suggested us stay somewhere else next time because Goiania is now provided with many other options.

Já tinha ficado hospedado a uns anos atrás e na época achei o hotel excelente, com boas estruturas, quarto muito bom, e restaurante com café da manhã excelente. Mas desta vez não foi o que eu vi o hotel está deteriorando precisando urgentemente de uma reforma. O quarto que fiquei esta precisando urgentemente de uma modernizada. O café da manhã não é mais o mesmo, apesar da decepção o hotel fica numa localizado privilegiada perto de tudo.
