Avoid if you are looking for peace and tranquility as described in the advertisement. It’s near a very busy highway and industrial area with the constant noise from traffic especially trucks and road trains in the evening when you are trying to relax. Be sure to pack ear plugs if you don’t have any alternatives.

Very nice but dry park. Had a superior cabin which was a bit tired. Good beds. Nice lot of kitchen stuff and microwave. For superior cabin I would like fly spray, face washers and hand towel as normal. Very friendly staff. I didn't like only cold water to do some washing in.

This park is a little out of town which is not an issue for the self contained Generally the quality and cleanliness are of a good rating The park is set next to a billabong and there are a lot of noisy geese or ducks coming in for the night Park facilities are average but no major drawbacks

Cabin 8 is a great choice - facing the dam, where all the magpie geese, galahs, etc gather. Cabin clean and cosy, great comfortable bed. Out of town but no traffic noise. Not cheap but a lovely spot to stay.

We had a cabin for two nights. I thought it was expensive for what we got. The whole cabin was a bit old and tired. The bath room needed renovation. The shower left a lot to be desired, and the aircon was not very good. Just as well we were not there during summer. I found the grounds of the park pretty drab and dusty.

Great caravan park. Out of town a bit, very quiet spot. We had deluxe cabin. Very sufficient. Good split system. Nice spot to sit outside the cabin. Plenty of cooking utensils and dinnerware. Very clean cabin. Reception staff friendly and helpful.

These guys looked after me when I couldn't stay in my tent. They found me alternative accommodation and even drove me into town to get supplies! A big thankyou to Mick, Rod and Tessa. 6 stars out of 5!

We had such a lovely welcome from the management on our arrival. Ellen and mick were delightful and so helpful. We had a drive through caravan site and the grounds and amenities were clean and well cared for. Great camp kitchens too for those who need them. Picturesque billabong alongside the camp ground. Only one drawback due to the gate system was awkward access to the park as no boom gate, just farm gates. Otherwise a perfect stay in Gundy!!!

Stayed one night before heading through NSW. We had an ensuite powered site, facilities were clean. Unfortunately it wasn't long after the Qld floods, so the lagoon was still overfull (even the jetty was partly underwater). Incredible bird life around the park. Park was well maintained.
