Relacion precio/comodidad/limpieza/ubicacion muy buena. Recomendado.

We booked this accommodation because it was cheap and close to the center, but cheap was expensive for us. Before arriving we called the accommodation to ask where to park, he told us to park in the loading and unloading area on the side of the hostel and then we went to the parking lot, parking that we paid for himself. A month later we received a fine for driving on the street of the hostel. I call the accommodation and they tell me that if I had communicated the registration number, they would send it and they would not process the fine. LIE!!!! I have consulted with sanctions from Granada and the HOSTEL DOES NOT HAVE AUTHORIZATION FOR CUSTOMERS TO CIRCULATE ON THAT STREET!!! Otherwise, the hostel is cheap and close to the center. The employee who greeted us is not at all friendly, the one who was there at night was very pleasant and correct. Small room, with a bad smell and we found hair on the bed. Room is well heated. I will not repeat it nor do I recommend it. For €20 more there are other accommodations that are much more worth it. In this case, what was cheap has turned out to be expensive (a fine of €80).

Muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo. Muy buen trato ,cordiales y correctos. Las habitaciones limpias y normales, no son muy modernas pero están muy bien. Tiene bañera en vez de ducha, pero igual depende de la habitación.

Gran ubicacion, sitio bastante agradable, , limpieza habitación cómoda ,si volvemos a Granada sin duda volveremos a este lugar ,desde que llegamos nos atendieron muy agradables y profesionales y simpaticos

O hostal esta muito bem localizado. O seu pessoal muito atencioso e cordial. Deixo aqui um agradecimento especial para Jose Medina que alem de todo o perfeito atendimento que nos deu, teve uma conduta nota 10 no dia em que tive uma taquicardia de repente, e ele, solicito, me colocou na sala de estar do hostal e imediatamente acionou um servico de emergencia. Chegou super rapido, e fui muito bem atendido pela equipe. Fico triste por nao terem me dado a chance de saber seus nomes, eram 3, para que podesse nomina-los aqui ou pela internet. Foram espetaculares e nao paguei um centavo. Sem comentarios sobre Granada, e' envolvente e todos muito amaveis. VOLTAREI com certeza e se Deus permitir que Jose Medina ainda esteja no hostal agardecer-lhe mais uma vez.
