Allez y cela vaut le coup. Super qualité prix . Bel hôtel à Grand Baie. Il vous suffit de traverser la route vous avez le mall de Mont Choisy avec ses restaurants et en face le centre commercial la croistte a environ 8 minutes à pied. . Le personnel est très agréable et souriant. L'hôtel a été inauguré il y'a 2 ans. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et joliment décorées avec des meubles de style africain " moderne". Petit hic les crottes de margouillat sous la terrasse ou la veranda. Merci au personnel pour votre accueil et professionnalisme. Navette gratuite très appréciable pour les déplacements au centre de Grand Baie. Au plaisir de vous retrouver. Équipement gratuit Spa. Piscine × 2 etc. Signé la Réunion

L’hôtel pour ma part était très bien situé juste à côté des centres commerciaux, etc. Avec un très bon rapport qualité prix. Le personnels très gentils, attentionnés toujours avec le sourire. La « chambre», si on peut dire, était spacieuse, moderne, équipée et jolie. Le buffet du matin et le buffet du soir étaient plutôt bien, il y avait quand même du choix et c’était assez varier. Très bonne idée l’accès gratuit au spa (la piscine sauna et hammam.) et les vélos. Les points faibles : - Les petites toiles d’araignées aux plafonds et les petits cacas de lézards. - Le son de la télévision est trop faible. - Ça aurait été bien de mettre un bon savon avec une bonne odeur pour le corps et les mains. Mais ça reste tout de même des petits détails 😊 Sinon dans l’ensemble, c’était bien. On a pu passer un très bon séjour en amoureux. 🥰

Arrived at the Domaine Grand Baie with great expectations for a 9 night break on the 22nd of Sept 2024 and still here until the 1st of October. Very very disappointed. Insufficient hot vegetarian options. Brought to this to the attention of the female European manager who listened and promised she would sort. She has done nothing and now avoids any form of contact. This is terrible. Breakfast staff are also unhelpful and disinterested and never check in our table. But strangely do if you look European. My recommendations if your vegetarian and South east Asian British. Don't book this hotel as you will get no service and will be ignored.

I booked a studio apartment. It was spacious and has a kitchenette and washing machine. The cleanness of the apartment tho wasn’t up to my standards but that might be just me. The staff were very helpful specially Riyadh at the front desk. Food was okay. If I had a car I’d opt out of the breakfast. They offered free drinks and pastries for the guests while watching a live performance which I thought was very nice. The actually have a daily schedule for the different events taking place at the hotel.

Superbe établissement, beau, propre. avec un personnel au petit soin qui se soucie du bien être du client (mention spéciale pour Ryan et Jean Pierre). Merci également à Jean-Pierre qui organise des activités afin de découvrir de nombreuses choses telles que les endroits à voir à Maurice ou encore découvertes locales.

Been bitten by bed bugs. Took a video in the early morning hours to show staff. They did move me to another room but management did not even came to apologise. Not happy at all. Still have the bite marks left and its middle September. Staff only cleans half heartedly.

Il Domaine de Grand Baie a Mauritius offre un soggiorno piacevole e confortevole. La struttura è nuova, le camere sono spaziose e ben arredate, perfette per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di mare. Un pizzico di attenzione in piu durante la pulizia delle camere renderebbe il tutto ancora migliore. La piscina coperta è un punto di forza, ideale per un tuffo rigenerante. Anche se i balconi condivisi limitano un po' la privacy, il servizio attento e la cortesia del personale, che ti risponde sempre con il sorriso, compensano questo aspetto. La qualità del cibo è buona, con piatti che soddisfano sia il palato locale che internazionale. Nonostante la struttura non sia sul mare, la posizione è comunque comoda per esplorare le spiagge del nord, con un centro commerciale a due passi.

Il a fallu changer 3 fois de chambre pour être enfin installées. Venant avec une copine de plongée, j'ai demandé à avoir 2 lits séparés, ce qui semblait ne pas exister. J'ai donc pris un appart avec une chambre et un canapé-lit, sale mais surtout très mou et donc inutilisable .
Pas possible d'avoir un autre matelas ni un lit dans la partie séjour et à CHAQUE FOIS, on attend UNE HEURE (REELLE)) pour une réponse. On ns fait visiter un appart avec 2 chambres et 2 grands lits, immense, mais surtout beaucoup plus et trop cher. RE-UNE HEURE, on n'arrête pas de descendre à la réception pour savoir où ça en est. On nous montre un STUDIO, marqué avec uniquement grand lit comme pour l'appart une chambre, où nous perdions notre temps à attendre au lieu de pouvoir s'installer. Et là MIRACLE, on nous montre qu'on peut séparer le "grand lit" en 2 petits lits, notre demande initiale. RE-ATTENTE, le temps qu'ils préparent les 2 lits séparés. On déménage enfin. MANQUE DE POT !!, ça PUE les égouts dans l'UNIQUE placard de l'entrée, prévu pour ranger tous les vêtements. On RE-descend à la réception, 2 personnes constatent à tour de rôle et ne peuvent nier l'évidence. La Gérante est maintenant au courant et nous propose un appart avec 2 chambres, pour le même prix. On insiste plusieurs fois sur le prix, ils s'engagent personnellement. ENCORE ATTENTE pour la préparation
On FINIT par s'INSTALLER ds le STUDIO. Arrivée à 11h, il est 19h30. L'appart avec 2 chambres sera prêt le lendemain, 28h après

BedBugs Alert! This was my second stay at the hotel. Also for two weeks. Second day in I had bite marks assuming it was perhaps mosquito bites. Third evening in I could not stand the bites at 1:00 am in the morning. Switch the light and found that my bed was covered in bedbugs. I made a video of it. Was so disgusted and slept on the couch. Next morning I informed reception of my ordeal and my disgust. They did immediately moved me to another room. I expected at least feedback and some sort of an apology from management. To this day no feedback. The hotel rooms are not clean at all. Staying for two weeks at a time you do start to observe. Walls in room dirty. Bathroom shower glass wall and shower tiles not cleaned at all during both my stays. They will make your bed and give new towels in the morning. Not impressed at all
