Room was clean, bedding super comfy. Loved the outlets with USB ports built in. Hotel close to Whole Foods and lots of restaurants. Digital key system worked great. Breakfast bar was clean and well stocked. Plenty of free parking close by. Would definitely stay again.

A Hilton property we have not stayed at before, Tru is a good choice. The room was comfortable (except for the platform frame for the bed I kept bumping into), mattress was good and plenty of pillows. We want to thank Sara for accommodating us in getting us into a room early, searching for a left-behind item (which we had all along). She went above and beyond. We also interacted with Paul and Javarius and both were professional and helpful. Pancake maker was down, so we went somewhere else for breakfast. Otherwise, good value for our money.

If I could rate it a 10 star I would. We were here for a baseball tournament. Jervaris was our host for our stay,he is such an amazing person. He made sure our WHOLE team was taken care of. Jervaris is a person that all hotels need to train for hospitality. Try by Hilton you have found a gem in Jervaris. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was great. We will definitely be back.

Check in was an awesome experience. Jervaris is a breath of fresh air! He greeted us with such kindness, I felt like I was seeing an old friend!! On our second evening, Jervaris was once again welcoming and spoke to my son with wisdom and kindness. I cannot say enough about Jervaris and his exceptional customer service skills. The breakfast was good, the room and lobby were what we expect from a Tru hotel.

Traveling for a lacrosse tournament and this is the perfect hotel to stay at! The perfect location with a very modern style, very clean, and super fun lobby area for our team to all hang out together. Special thank you to Jervaris for treating us extremely well. We had a staycation for MLK holiday and it didn’t disappoint. It’s our 3 stay here and the property is super clean and well maintained. As Hilton honors members we always look for Tru properties . Great stay! Lots of restaurants and shops within minutes on Woodruff Road. About 15 minutes from downtown Greenville. Will definitely come back.

I checked out a day early since our business was complete. I paid with a company car and got a printed receipt for multiple rooms. They charged for the complete stay. I have called 9 times and a manager will NOT call me back. Very unprofessional!

Pros Hotel seems new or at least freshly remodeled. Staff is super friendly and accommodating Lobby set up like a commons area (think college dorm) with tvs and pool table for families to enjoy. Cons Beds are not comfortable Toilet was dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned…gross Small awning on front of building and no awning at rear. Checked in during a terrible downpour and getting soaked is unavoidable. No way to unload luggage without doing so in the rain. I would’ve given at least 3 stars but unclean toilet is unacceptable.

All the major items were OK (bed was comfortable, hallway was quiet), but the little things became annoying. The digital key is a good idea, but it's harder for me to open the phone, open the app, select the key option, etc. than to use simple card I can swipe. Also, the digital key refused to work on the outside doors. When I parked in the back, I had to walk to the front to get in. The digital key worked in the Fitness Room, but I was annoyed that it did not operate as a physical key would. For a fairly new hotel, there were minor issues. The shelf in the bathroom was coming out of the wall. The shelf was slanted towards me. Not very helpful. Room refrigerator was noisy. The chair in the room and the seating in the lobby are uncomfortable. They may be stylish, but I could not sit in them for any length of time. The staff is friendly and helpful, The common areas and room were very clean. I suppose my review is colored by the phrase "by Hilton" after the tru name. It was an ok hotel, but definitely not a Hilton.
