Amazing newly renovated and in best location in Gstaad! Great room and views!
Staff were super friendly - Ivan and all in reception. Very helpful and made us and everything feel good.

Début de la saison de la chasse. La terrine de gibier en entrée était très bonne et le civet de chevreuil succulent. Les spätzli magnifiques. Et en plus c’était très bien servi au niveau de la quantité. Le service était très agréable. Une bonne adresse à Gstaad.

Ottimo albergo in pieno centro, proprio di fronte alla stazione Silenziosissimo con ottimo parcheggio riservato proprio di fronte l’ingesso Dispone di 3 ristoranti che abbiamo testato con ottimi risultati Un plauso particolare a tutto il personale professionale , simpatico e disponibile , tra l’altro una menzione in più ai tanti italiani che lavorano lì per la loro professionalità e calorosa accoglienza

Charming hotel in the centre of Gstaad with onsite parking. Check in was smooth The rooms are nice and spacious with modern bathrooms and very comfy beds Dinner outside on the terrace was lovely and had the best rosti in many years. Would advise to book the restaurant early as we missed out on our first choice although that was partly down to difficulties in communication (we don't speak German and the person didn't speak good English or French) and somewhat inattentiveness of the front desk person who knew we were deciding but chose to book a table for an outside guest right in front of us

Unfriendly, arrogant proprietors and the worst, overpriced Cappuccino in Gstaad. This is an old worn establishment that should be put out to pasture along with its deeply unpleasant owners. Noisy position next to a parking lot and the train station. With all of the wonderful choices for beds in Gstaad, this is the last place I would lay my head.

Nicht im Hochsommer außer man will nicht erholsam schlafen Ich bin ca 4/5 mal im Jahr in Gstaad leider war mein stammhotel ausgebucht das Zimmer kostete pro Nacht 505 chf eine stolze Summe auf meine Bitte nach einem Ventilator der bei fust 30/40 Stutz kostet wurde mit dem Hinweis abgelehnt sie sind ein klimafreundliches Hotel somit heißt es noch 2 weitere Nächte leiden zur Info mein 3plus Hotel in Niedwalden hat investiert und seit letztem Jahr alle Zimmer mit ac ich freue ich darauf dort ab Mittwoch wieder zu schlafen Kleine Fußnote zum klimafreundlichen Hotel es finden sich keine Hinweise zum Handtuch Wechsel ect sparen im Hotel
