本來都想給0.5的，給打掃阿姨加的分
1.住了一週，有三天都吵到半夜睡不着，毫無隔音可言，第一天樓上在唱歌，後面有兩天隔壁到三點還在吵，三個男人開一間房不知道在幹什麼奸笑打鬧到半夜三點，從來沒住過隔音這麼差的酒店，本來就是過來辦事的根本睡不好，也沒給任何補償措施
2.衞生間垃圾桶也是反人類，還是觸碰翻蓋的，翻過去之後還回不來，手必須得碰到垃圾桶才能扔垃圾
3.沙發很臟，兩個沙發都有不少污點
4.房屋設計不合理，打開窗簾就能看到左右兩邊房間的桌椅處，可以説是面面相覷
逆天中的逆天，奉勸各位選四星還是在連鎖的裏面選，大城市很多四星就是小城市三星的水準，尤其是地段稍微好一點的。

設施新，床品舒適，各種燈光使用方便，洗漱熱水也足；前台小姐姐態度好，因為不好找旅館的入口，有些着急，前台有耐心，還給房間升級；地處外商新天地，周邊餐飲很多。建議在電梯外面貼張指引，告知上電梯辦理入住。出租不能開到門口，建議在外商新天地的停車場門口下車，那樣可以看見粵城公館的招牌，避免到處問人，提着行李來回轉。
