大廈比較老舊，雖然位處北京路步行街，進門第一感覺挺乾淨，實際上睡覺的時候，被子感覺有蟲子，剛要睡着就被癢醒，一整晚沒怎麼睡，洗衣機裏面還有不知道幾時洗的床上用品。
