Great room, bed comfy, pillows were a bit too firm which disturbed my sleep. But everything else was spot on!! Premier inn please bring back the hot chocolate sachets to the rooms!

Having recently suffered a leg injury, we asked the receptionist on arrival at the hotel if there was any chance of getting a twin room and the use of an invalid car parking space for the night We were treated with great kindness and thoughtfulness and we’re indeed found a twin room right next door to reception with our car parked just outside My wife and I would like to thank Poppy the receptionist in question for her kindness and understanding and wish there were only more people like her willing to help we of the older generation.

Nice room, the area was very quiet and got a good sleep. The shower was really good too and wasn't complicated. Good breakfast and was satisfying. Nice staff. The dinner was really good and there was lots of options. The telly was good and the signal was all fine.

Staff friendly and efficient, car parking impressive, dining area bright and clean. Room was small, dirty in corners, carpet stained, mouldy silicone in bathroom, and generally in need of refurbishment. Sink was full of water and plug stuck so it couldn't be emptied. Informed reception but nothing could be done until the following day so we had to wash and brush teeth etc in the bathtub.

Excellent room which looked very new. Bath was a bit slippy. staff very helpful with our luggage as we are in our mid 70's. WIFI was very slow. Shower very good. Bed and mattress very comfortable. Sujited our requirements as we could not stay with friends.

The Inn in very nicely presented and situated in Guildford. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. I would certainly stay there again. The only little downside is that they don't have fridges in the room.

Great hotel. Great breakfast too but our visit was spoilt by the inability of staff to stop the acrid chemical being sprayed in aerosol form from a commercial device fixed to the corridor ceiling on the second floor. We were all left coughing for the following 18 hours because the chemical was so much of an irritation. We were in rooms 224 and 226. The device was clearly faulty but the staff on duty could do nothing to stop it… not even leave reception to investigate!! If these are to be fitted in all PI hotels then we are unable to remain customers.

Great staff, comfy room great value for money. The staff were all so helpful and kind - travelling with two noisy toddlers they were all so kind to them at meal times or as we passed through reception. Jass served us in the first night, poppy on reception and Steph? The manager were all excellent. The room was what we paid for comfy, dark with good AC and a decent breakfast but the bathroom was a little tired and the travel cot provided had a very thin mattress so glad we bought our own with us.
