We were welcomed warmly by the reception at Holiday Inn Express in Guilin. Check in was fast and we were shown to our rooms within 15 minutes. We stayed for 3 nights and each day, the rooms were kept immaculately clean when we return while out visiting the scenic spots. The self service laundry is a big plus that the hotel offered, especially so for families with young children. The breakfast spread has a mix of local and international flavours. Thank you to Miranda, Jolin, Lucy and all service staff at Holiday Inn Express Guilin.

Has been one of the best hotels in China for me so far. Very clean and modern rooms, friendly stuff that helped me with figuring out how to get to Longji. Amazing manager that did help me with annoying texi driver and also helped carry some things, overall nothing but a great experience. Also, if you book hotel without breakfast(like i did) go there 1 time anyways, view from the restaurant is beautiful and having morning coffee while looking at the mountains definitely made my day better 😄

Super location, walking distance to all tourist sites like Elephant Mountain, and cafes , restaurants, etc. Front staff MsLin Ran, graciously accepts our complimentary breakfast request. Other front staffs are also very helpful in providing information on getting around the places. Breakfast was simple but well spread with choices. Coffee allow to take away. Room was spacious and very clean.

A very nice hotel with luxurious decoration and spacious and sanitary rooms. My family likes it very much. There is a shopping mall downstairs, which is super convenient for eating and shopping. You can just ride a shared bicycle to the surrounding attractions. It's so convenient!

Excellent service from all the staffs. Clean room . Super comfortable bed where 2 kinds of pillows are provided a firm and a soft one . Smart AI ‘Xiao Du’ will assist to open curtain, switch on lights and TV and play music as requested, we have fun talking to her. Toilet with bidet is remote controlled and ends with water vacuum flush. Walking distance to Xiangbi Mountain about 600m away and 1km to Zhengyang pedestrian walk. Will definitely stay here again when back in Guilin

This Lavande next to Guilin Zhengyang Pedestrian Street has a good location, but it just happens that the pavement is being repaired, and the installation of a lot of panels is a bit of an impact! Not far from the pedestrian street, walking along Binjiang Road, very comfortable! There are a lot of snacks in the pedestrian street, and there are many small commodities. They are similar. There are not too many surprises. The hotel rooms are not very big, the beds are relatively large, the facilities are a bit old, the waiters are more enthusiastic, and the breakfast is rich. There are Guilin rice noodles, although they are not authentic, they are freshly made , Still delicious 😋 There are many other choices too!

The room is clean and the bedding is comfortable. It’s just that the scenic spot is too deserted in the off-season, and I’m a little scared at night, hahaha. A travel agency counter for booking of tour in the hotel lobby whereby you can book day tour and cruise. WeChat the Hotel 2 week before we arrive to find out the option of day tour. The lady 小韦, contact us to discuss the activities we want to go. She was very positive and not pushy. She advice and provide option for us to choose. She was very helpful and help us book Guilin Two-Rivers-Four-Lakes Cruise 两江四湖, Guilin Longji Terraced Scenic Area 龙脊梯田金坑大寨, Rafting Down Li River in Guilin (桂林漓江漂流) with cheaper price. We book a Family Triple Room, consist of 1 Queen bed and 1 Single bed. Hotel provide free use of washing machine, dryer and also a gym room. Buffet breakfast was good with reasonable price of Rmb$30 per person. Housekeeping was good and not sure what they spray at the corridor because of the good smell. At the lobby, the Hotel provide free Chinese tea and luo han guo for guests to drink every day. Basically, I find the staff, from the Front desk staff to the breakfast staff all has a very good service attitude, friendly and helpful. I am fully satisfied with my stay in the hotel.

The hotel is equipped with charging piles, which is very convenient. The cost of 1.4 yuan is not expensive. This time I stayed in a wooden floor room, which was more refreshing and comfortable. There are green trees outside the window, and the air is very good. I walked in the small park in front of the hotel, and I can also enjoy the flowers and take beautiful photos. I highly recommend Boyue Hotel when traveling in Guilin. I forgot to take photos, but the room is well-equipped and stylishly decorated, especially the hotel staff are also very nice. My sister and I booked the room at eleven o’clock in the evening and sent it to the front desk. I got a breakfast voucher, and then I went upstairs and found that it was the top room. In addition, the door couldn't be opened at the beginning due to system problems. I told the sister at the front desk to upgrade us to a room type. Thank you so much
