The pillows are too low, so I didn't sleep well. The hotel is large and the lobby is grand, but it is indeed an old hotel, and the bathroom door makes a loud noise when it opens and closes. The baked products for breakfast taste very good. It is very close to the Gansu Provincial Museum and can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.

This hotel is situated in a convenient location with a shopping mall attached and a brisk walk to a street food court that have an amazing array of local and regional delicacies. They also have a big lobby with great lounges for business talks. The rooms are clean, spacious and feels homely. The La Provence Restaurant is located at the 5th floor with a great looking garden, trees, outdoor dining tables, fish ponds with water fountain and plenty of fresh air but it needs to increase it's breakfast food's lack of choices. Anyway all the staff are helpful, accommodating, smiling and very polite. This hotel will be a great choice for all spectrum of travelers and overall I'm very glad that I stayed here during my trip

What a wonderful experience! Definitely the best hotel service and personalised. Upon arrival we were offered a hotel tour due to its unique design and also our room was upgraded😀 Yiliya, was most generous with her time and also offered us some cocktail vouchers and access to view the current photography exhibit on the top floor of the hotel. The room included mini bar and delightful evening dessert. Morning breakfast was also very appropriate. On departure we were also provided some snacks for the trip back and a souvenir Maison Alvar sheep toy. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for their hospitality definitely the best in china. Some special mention to Ada for helping us take some great photos too. Would love to visit again when in Guiyang.

I stayed at Anantara in Bangkok N years ago and have always had a good impression of this brand. If my stay in Bangkok was wonderful, my stay in Guiyang this time was perfect. Facilities: Anantara specializes in blending local characteristics with its own brand style. As soon as I arrived at the door, I saw a Miao-style totem. The house's distinctive red stone architecture is different from Anantara Ning in Southeast Asia. The hotel offers Chinese, Western and Thai food, and of course Anantara's own SPA. I bought a package from Ctrip, a two-berth and one-night package, which also included a special tour item. Hygiene: Anantara's hygiene is not a problem. The hotel upgraded our room with a private bath. The only thing that can be improved is that the bathroom needs to be ventilated. Environment: Anantara has always been known for its beautiful courtyard design. Anantara, located in Wenshui Town on the outskirts of Guiyang, even occupies a hill. It is full of flowers and trees that bloom all year round. In early spring, there are still purple-leaf plums, plum blossoms, and crabapple magnolias in full bloom. It is estimated that there will be more in two weeks. Beautiful. Service: This experience was so good that I really have to praise the little housekeeper, Amy. From the one-day notice to upgrade the room type, the room and welcome fruits were arranged while we were still checking in. After recommending a suitable travel package, we learned that we did not bring swimsuits, and personally helped to find cost-effective swimsuits. Desserts, dinner, and hot drinks and cookies were thoughtfully provided after the hot spring bath. I have to say that this service is completely comparable to any 2000+ hotel in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai. If the hotel also has Michelin, then Anantara Guiyang will definitely be a three-star hotel, and it is a hotel worth visiting Guiyang for.

When we arrived at the store, we provided our ID and booking form, but we couldn't find the order we made during the trip. I was so scared that I broke into a cold sweat. I stayed in Guiyang for more than ten days, and there was no hotel, ranging from hotels to B&Bs. I couldn't read the name and couldn't find the booking information. , and most of them have their room cards ready before arriving at the store. Surprisingly, at the four-star Hilton, the lady at the counter took a long time to say that the English names did not match the upper and lower case 😓, which was really laughable. The welcome fruit looks a bit poor, and the hotel is a bit old, but it's still clean. Opposite the carp street, the potato chips and black bean hotpot are quite delicious. 

This hotel is simply MUST STAY in Guiyang. Staff over there are all super friendly and helpful. Especially duty manager Luke Lu welcomed us with fruits, cake and lovely hand written card. Thank you so much. Room has spectacular view and you can look over all Guiyang from bird eye view. I stayed on 51st floor suite room which allows full access to executive lounge on 53rd floor from 2 to 10pm. Its location is in the heart of city, so Jiaxiulu甲秀楼，shoppings and restaurants ste in walking distance. Even airport is just 15 minutes drive. My wife and I really loved to stay here in Kempinski Guiyang and its name is now reliable one to make booking next times of trouble without any hesitation. 한국어가 능숙한 매니져 Jeff Wang도 있습니다. 가급적이면 스위트룸에서 최고의 뷰와 라운지와 서비스를 느껴보시길 추천드립니다.

Everything was great. The only issue was the room was hot. AC wasn't doing its job. Called front desk. They sent a tech to adjust AC and brought a portable fan. Was able to cool the room down to acceptable level but not as low as we liked. Great breakfast buffet. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants. Very friendly staff.

First the part that I like - 1. Location is convenient: Subway station is right at the door, where you can arrive at major points of the city without many connections on the ground. 2. Food: One breakfast is included in my rate. Adding one costs only US$4. The variety of food is blowing me away. Without exaggeration you won’t repeat what you eat in a week if you pick only five items each day. Think about what’s provided in US hotel for $15. Only $4 here - unbelievable! 3. Staff are very courteous and helpful, from front desk to cleaning personnel, and room services. You’ll receive instant response to address your need whenever you raise it. 4. Facility: It was put in operation in 2022 so everything is new and maintained well. It had indoor swimming pool, gym, billiard room (even one for snook), and ping pong room. It is purposed to host large conferences/events. Now the part that I think they can do better - 1. Smoking: It’s not smoking prohibited hotel, which is pretty common in China, especially not the first tier cities. But they don’t assign some rooms to be non-smoking. Instead, all rooms are smoking permitted and it is allowed in most public areas too. Though this might be OK for domestic visitors, it can be an unflavored factor to people from abroad. 2. Laundry: It doesn’t provide self-served laundry. There is laundry service but it costs dearly going by items.
