酒店在老城區絕對是首選，地理位置絕佳，先説説周邊的配套，附近的購物很方便，樓底下就是商場可以買到很多百貨用品以及日常所需。酒店內部的話，整體裝修清新淡雅，藍白相間，中外合璧，房間就可以看到日出，甲秀樓以及貴陽城市美景～服務人員熱情周到，兩位經理shauna和Olivia服務很到位，跟進服務做得很好，再次到貴陽也還是會選擇入住這家酒店的。加個彩蛋，早晨睡醒驚奇地發現躺床上直接就能看日出。

第一次來貴陽玩，本地朋友強烈推薦索菲特，説隔壁凱賓斯基太老，我住下來體驗真的太棒啦！
市中心，連着商場，去吃東西、喝咖啡、逛景點、蹦迪都步行或坐車十分鐘距離
從前台、禮賓到保潔都很熱情，顏值也很高，和他們溝通心情愉快；特別是我的管家Janice，想的特別周到，幫了我很多，特別感謝她
行政酒廊裏吃的很健身者友好，很多蛋白質和
優質碳水，可樂也全是無糖的，每天都會去呆會兒
我的房間5302，離電梯很近，對面就是酒廊；美中不足，房間信號不好，連的兩個wifi也不大好，希望改善；還有房間的JBL有點難連，很難切到藍牙模式，有些可惜
不過總體貴陽索菲特還是很棒的，以前雅高的衹住過廣州索菲特；這次因為貴陽的體驗特別好，甚至會想多試試雅高別的酒店，比如實惠的美居啥的哈哈哈

I booked a room for my parents, who were traveling on their own. They stayed for 3 days and were very satisfied with the overall service process. Manager Shauna from the guest relations department added WeChat in advance to provide services for my family so that they could connect better. They were well taken care of during their stay at the hotel. Victor was also very considerate and meticulous in his service. Both of them were excellent.
