Fluorescence Hotel and Restaurant

Please do not go with reviews !! .. worst rooms worst hosting .. they will close the gate after 11 and other hotels nearby have better things it’s just the rate is little more .. please avoid this hotel until u will realise later

The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff zahoor Ahmad meer,Arif & ishfaq are a very humble and kind person, hospitality wise this is an excellent hotel.The service is 5/5 and all the staff are very polite and humble. They go out of their way to give you a good service.When I came to hotel they welcomed us with mind blowing kashmiri Kawa which was really awesome. When we entered the room the room was already heated for us we spent our night with the beautiful view . NXT day morning when we woke up the time of breakfast was completed but Arif bhai made aloo parantha never ate such before must try it . Then he helped us for sight seeing by the time we ate breakfast the *** was ready with the vehicle out side evening we returned to hotel again the staff helped us making snowman thank you staff .

We want this hotel last month hotel was very good when we come for dinner to restaurant there is nobody who will take a oder and nobody welcoming us at restaurant services was very poor and slow there should be on quick waiter...i hope MD sb should be quick response on this this issue

Good location - hotel was just 5 mins from gondola with good view outside hotel. Poor room ambience - property is not well maintained, coffee/tea sachets not available in the room. Services - dull,ignorant ,food - average .

Hotel is good, but please mention RATES in your online list first Stated for two days in this Hotel, Hotel is good, food was good with beautiful ambience. Only thing "Wifi" wasn't working in Hotel. One request , that please mention Hotel rates in your Booking list, so everyone sees first and book. Don't first let them stay for total free and then give them a bill. Always Take "Bill" first , so everyone knows their "Blanket" Thanks

I stayed in the hotel on 25/26th February 2022 with my friend. Reaching the hotel amidst snow was little difficult, but somehow we managed. Rooms were too congested and non spacious rooms as compared to other hotels at the rates we paid. Heating system wasn't working well but we were given a blower heater and an electric blanket to keep us warm. I didn't find any proper shelf for keeping my clothes n luggage in the room. The most terrible part was the highly unsatisfying and unmaintained bathroom which was useless, with broken handles, no hooks, mal functioning toilet jet, no hangers, wash basin was good for nothing and somewhat dirty too. I would like to draw the attention of hotel authority to look into. You can have the beautiful view of outside from your room. The staff overall were nice and cooperative too. Food quality was average, buffet had very very limited choices. Considering the amount that was charged, overall the hotel experience was below average.
