Fluorescence Hotel and Restaurant

Worst rooms. Not even of 2 star grade. House keeping staff is least bothered to serve. Toilets too filthy. Even dining hall is so.visited in 2nd week of May2023. though hotel was half vacant being start of peak season, used plates of room service layed in lobby till end of day.

Please do not go with reviews !! .. worst rooms worst hosting .. they will close the gate after 11 and other hotels nearby have better things it’s just the rate is little more .. please avoid this hotel until u will realise later

The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff zahoor Ahmad meer,Arif & ishfaq are a very humble and kind person, hospitality wise this is an excellent hotel.The service is 5/5 and all the staff are very polite and humble. They go out of their way to give you a good service.When I came to hotel they welcomed us with mind blowing kashmiri Kawa which was really awesome. When we entered the room the room was already heated for us we spent our night with the beautiful view . NXT day morning when we woke up the time of breakfast was completed but Arif bhai made aloo parantha never ate such before must try it . Then he helped us for sight seeing by the time we ate breakfast the *** was ready with the vehicle out side evening we returned to hotel again the staff helped us making snowman thank you staff .

I have visited the place in December amidst snow all over the place. The hotel is at the best location if one wants a view of the snow and trees. The room was clean with all the amenities like room heater, electric kettle, hot water. The hospitality of the hotel staff was at par. Last but not least the food, food is very tasty and I will definitely recommend hotel fluorescence for the stays.

We want this hotel last month hotel was very good when we come for dinner to restaurant there is nobody who will take a oder and nobody welcoming us at restaurant services was very poor and slow there should be on quick waiter...i hope MD sb should be quick response on this this issue

Good location - hotel was just 5 mins from gondola with good view outside hotel. Poor room ambience - property is not well maintained, coffee/tea sachets not available in the room. Services - dull,ignorant ,food - average .

We had a terrible experience. The cleanliness of the room was horrible. Even after they handed over the room there was a banana peel in the room thrown by the previous guests. We asked for warn water 4-5 times but didn't get it finally we gave up. There were many more things. Just mentioning a few. For each request we had to ask multiple time, still few things weren't done. The worse part was the manager was not even bothered.

Hotel is good, but please mention RATES in your online list first Stated for two days in this Hotel, Hotel is good, food was good with beautiful ambience. Only thing "Wifi" wasn't working in Hotel. One request , that please mention Hotel rates in your Booking list, so everyone sees first and book. Don't first let them stay for total free and then give them a bill. Always Take "Bill" first , so everyone knows their "Blanket" Thanks

Room was good, small; however looked old. Room heater was provided. Had a very short stay which was decent. Ordered a lemon tea and the chef made a tea with milk and lemon squeezed on top !! That was the only surprise we had. Location is very near to the gondola and you get a guide for 500 rupees; though you dont need a guide to see the places.
