Breakfast was not so good, refrigerated was not working. No quilt was there in the room. I had to ask for everything again and again.

Sorry to say, but i can't say it's a hotel mistake or the make my trip mistake, but i already mentioned an early check-in around 10 am because i was coming directly from the airport. I tried connecting the hotel a day before, but i didn't get any reply either on call or mail. When my booking was done for an early check-in, then why the hotel took extra 1200 rupees for the early emcheckin, where room price was 3500 only. Sorry to say i have to wait and pay extra for the room when i was coming by traveling was horrible for me.

Location was good, food also nice. Stayed for one day due to business trip, rooms were spacious staffs behaved nicely. Two things to look into: tv screen would have been better, wi-fi was not working at all. But overall it was ok.

I just went to this place for breakfast at their The bridge restaurant, the overall experience was okay. Staff is very nice and the food is also fine as per the price. So their Puri bhaji, sandwich and idlis were decent. So If I'm tight on my budget and want to try food which is okay in taste, might try it. They still need to work a bit on maintaining the property well and keeping it clean.

disgusting stay and really bad and horrible experience. On reaching the place after 10 hour journey firtly no bell boy just the watchman helped in picking stuff. Rest stuff picked by self. Then after reaching room the acs were not working in both the room. They were giving pseudo assurances that it will be working in 15 minutes of continuation. In-vain. Even their ground staff ( with an assurance if not taking his name) told me that this is like this only. They got acs corrected at around 8 pm. I missed my function. Then in the morning while in bill they overcharged and raised a bill twice ( food bill). On asking they told u have to clear and can do once the manger will be on duty. Overall and nutshell real bad and pathetic experuence

Great service of Da Clarks inn I liked the breakfast and reception welcome experience staff was very helpful all times specifically I got early check in ,room was clean and comfortable for stay. Location very good near Rajiv chowk as can move anywhere.

Good hotel near by all thing available walkabel and great hospitality by Mr Ajay chauha on reception he is very helpful and good personality and good smile I like the hospitality he gave thanks for the hospitality come again with my family thanks
