It was four days business trip, and due to some glitch my company failed to confirm the reservation. And Mr Ajeet assisted me through the checkin and made it ease. The best part which made me to leave heavy heart is the attitude of Mr Bheem, who is very kind down to earth, a gentleman. I checked out by mistake and rooms where overbooked. And because of his kind nature he did all the effort to accomodate me in the property. And since the weather is extremely cold around 15degrees, I was also offered a cappuchino. I am really overwhelmed by this gentle gesture of the manager Mr Bheem.

Went there for a night recently, starting from the location, it's pretty shady, you can't go out in the night as it's very unsafe. The rooms are pretty good, we booked a suite and it was really big and amazing, well cleaned and maintained. Although, there was no towel in our room and had to ask for it twice. We had booked a suite with breakfast but in the next nothing we got to know that they serve the breakfast in the room only and the menu is very very limited, quantity and quality wise both. And the breakfast policy is not mentioned anywhere at all so it's kind of making a fool of the customer. The bathrooms were clean and nice, no issues at all. Please don't pay for the Breakfast Meal with the room as it would just be a waste of money, you can have a great meal at some nice breakfast place anywhere outside.

This hotel service is excellent! They take care all your need.There is lot choice in the breakfast.Room is big and facility is nice.There is the swimming pool in roof and atmosphere is good.Especially the ***ager in front office Mr.Akshay is really nice ***ager take care all and always smile .

I Stayed in this hotel for two nights the room we stayed in was spacious New done Interiors were quite soothing. Having various options for food from Indian, Oriental, Japanese ....which is there speciality. The Staff was very humble and Polite taking care our needs as and when required.
