The location was really good. The staffs were good. But the problem were with few amenities
1) no window in room, so it was bit suffocating 2) the jet spray was not working
3) the room was not much clean overall, it was average, but i'd the changes are made, it can be better

Stay was ok. The hotel did not gave us top sheet even after asking. Washroom was not at all up to the mark. Facilities mentioned at the time of booking were not provided.

Hotel authority taken rs 200 extra for 1 hour early check in. I have to wait 45 minutes in the reception for my room allotted. Food was very very bad and costly. Very bad experience with this hotel. Their behaviour very bad.

Worst experience. Dirty room with smalley blanket and broken window. Cigrate smell is coming from waiting room. Receptionist is not upto mark regarding his behaviour. Location is very good. Walking distance from ghy railway station.
