This hotel is definitely a top-tier choice in Bangladesh, offering a stark contrast between its luxurious interior and the outside world. The room, especially the bed, was incredibly comfortable – I could sleep soundly for hours! I didn't dare use the tap water for brushing my teeth, opting for the bottled water provided by the hotel instead.
Breakfast offered a wide variety, but there was an issue with expired orange juice. The manager initially tried to brush it off, but after I spoke to the front desk, a French manager came out to handle the situation. Overall, it still maintains a certain level of five-star service.
Getting a taxi to various destinations was convenient, with pickups right in the lobby. The room rate offered great value for money.
We also had dinner at the hotel. The buffet at $85 US was definitely overpriced, but the à la carte menu was quite decent, costing around 150 RMB per person.

Stayed 3 nights and it was a flawless experience from start to finish. Booking the airport transfer through the hotel was so easy, and the driver was waiting for us right after baggage claim — a perfect first impression. The entire team, from the front desk to the restaurant, is top-notch: attentive, helpful, and always smiling. Knowing we were in the secure embassy area let us relax completely. And with the enormous breakfast spread offering new discoveries every day, we were fueled and ready to explore. For a stress-free visit to Dhaka, this hotel has it all figured out.

I recently stayed at The Zabeer Dhaka and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The staff were professional, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile.
The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the modern amenities you’d expect — including a comfortable bed, clean linens, and a reliable Wi-Fi connection. The bathroom was also well-maintained and stocked with essentials.
One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet — it offered a good mix of local and continental options, and the food quality was above average. Room service was prompt, and the in-house restaurant served delicious meals.
However, a few areas could be improved. The check-in process was a bit slower than expected, and the lobby sometimes felt understaffed during peak hours. A little more attention to detail in room facilities like at least a window for air circulation would elevate the overall experience.
That said, The Zabeer Dhaka is a great option if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and value in the heart of the city. I would consider staying here again.

Good location and 10 mins walk away from great eating places and some shopping. The room was large enough for two and the breakfast very decent and tasty. The gym could be better equipped tho, a lot of the machines were not functioning.

Keiichi MaedaThe location and value for money are great, breakfast is delicious, service is good, and it's clean – I have no complaints about the hotel itself. However, there's one major issue.
Every night, there's loud partying at the bar on the 15th floor, which is a real problem. On the higher floors, the booming noise continues until around 3 AM, which is simply unacceptable. Even outside the hotel, despite being an Islamic country, drunk people are loudly making noise in the streets late at night... How can the hotel allow this to happen?

I arrived in Dhaka late at night and stayed for one night. I had pre-booked a paid airport transfer, and they gave clear instructions on where the driver would be waiting, so meeting up was very smooth. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a buffet with both Western and Bangladeshi options. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Patrick van SchaikVery good free breakfast, excellent and most helpful staff. The hotel is walking distance from the new subway and the National Parliament building by architect Louis Kahn. In fact you can even see the National Parliament building from the rooftop restaurant. Fun chaotic street in front of the hotel.
