Great
HHuoxingnanren001The room was spacious, and the overall facilities were quite good, including a gym and swimming pool. The breakfast was also reasonably plentiful. The service was very attentive, and the height was excellent, making for a very good experience.
MMatthew Lim TWWe had a wonderful stay at Ascott Residence Dhaka. Special thanks to Mr. Bashar for providing excellent service and warm hospitality throughout our stay. He was professional, attentive, and always ready to help. Truly made our experience comfortable and memorable.
AAnonymous UserGood location and 10 mins walk away from great eating places and some shopping. The room was large enough for two and the breakfast very decent and tasty. The gym could be better equipped tho, a lot of the machines were not functioning.
GGuest UserToo much mosquito even in higher floor. I booked this hotel for my Parents. They stayed 3nights on 12th floor room number 16. Overall facilities is okay, clean but not really clean.1st night they could not sleep at all because of mosquitoes. They informed reception next morning was was told they will spray but same thing happened 2nd night as well, when called reception said they sprayed which was not true.after requesting 3times they sprayed and finally there was no mosquito.they need to give more attention.
Visitors are not allowed, bathroom is too small and bidet is too short to reach.
TThongThe place is nice, staffs are friendly and can speak English very well. I traveled there alone, but I would like to reccommend the place for family group or couples.
AAnonymous UserExceptional Stay at Bengal Blueberry Hotel Dhaka - A Warm and Welcoming Experience.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Bengal Blueberry Hotel in Dhaka, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent service that made me feel right at home.
The highlight of my stay was the breakfast, which was truly outstanding. The hotel offers a wide variety of dishes, all prepared with fresh ingredients and presented beautifully. Whether you're in the mood for a hearty breakfast or something lighter, there's something for everyone. The staff were attentive and always ready to assist with any requests or dietary preferences.
The hotel staff, including the front desk and security personnel, were exceptional. They were always friendly, professional, and ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Their attention to detail and genuine care for the guests made my stay even more enjoyable.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beds were soft and provided a good night's sleep, which is essential after a long day of exploring the city. The bathrooms were clean and well-stocked with amenities.
Overall, I highly recommend the Bengal Blueberry Hotel in Dhaka for anyone looking for a warm and welcoming stay in the city. The excellent breakfast, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations make it a top choice for a memorable and hassle-free stay.
GGuest UserOverall, the stay was quite pleasant.
However, I was disappointed that I didn’t receive a room with balcony access, even though I had booked it well in advance and specifically requested it. Aside from that, the hotel staff were accommodating and courteous, which I truly appreciated.
In terms of cleanliness, the room appeared clean at first glance but lacked attention to detail. It seemed like the bedsheets and duvet cover hadn’t been changed, as there were multiple stains on them. The bathroom floor also had several strands of hair, which were only noticeable if you looked closely.
The breakfast was average—not a wide variety, but the food tasted good. One downside was the air conditioning; it was outdated and not so comfortable.
What stood out the most was the friendliness some of the staff. Their warm and helpful attitude made a big difference in my experience.
KKameKameKameI used this hotel because I had an early morning domestic flight the next day. It's about a 3-minute drive from the airport, so it's very close and convenient. Since it's set back from the main road, I was able to sleep soundly. The amenities are basic, but I think that's to be expected given the price. There's no hairdryer in the room. The hotel was clean, and the reception staff were good. I had dinner at the restaurant on the second floor; it wasn't expensive and tasted good. What bothered me was the large number of mosquitoes inside the building, especially in the lobby and restaurant.
GGuest UserThis hotel is great. It’s a little hard to find because the sign for the hotel is not obvious but everything including the buffet breakfast is really nice. The restaurant will try and force you to buy an expensive specialty water by bringing it to your table without asking. Make sure to ask the price of any water before you open it! After the first time it happened, I told them not to do it again and they honored my demand. I would return here in the future.
