The room was spacious, and the overall facilities were quite good, including a gym and swimming pool. The breakfast was also reasonably plentiful. The service was very attentive, and the height was excellent, making for a very good experience.

Stayed 3 nights and it was a flawless experience from start to finish. Booking the airport transfer through the hotel was so easy, and the driver was waiting for us right after baggage claim — a perfect first impression. The entire team, from the front desk to the restaurant, is top-notch: attentive, helpful, and always smiling. Knowing we were in the secure embassy area let us relax completely. And with the enormous breakfast spread offering new discoveries every day, we were fueled and ready to explore. For a stress-free visit to Dhaka, this hotel has it all figured out.

I recently stayed at The Zabeer Dhaka and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The staff were professional, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the modern amenities you’d expect — including a comfortable bed, clean linens, and a reliable Wi-Fi connection. The bathroom was also well-maintained and stocked with essentials. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet — it offered a good mix of local and continental options, and the food quality was above average. Room service was prompt, and the in-house restaurant served delicious meals. However, a few areas could be improved. The check-in process was a bit slower than expected, and the lobby sometimes felt understaffed during peak hours. A little more attention to detail in room facilities like at least a window for air circulation would elevate the overall experience. That said, The Zabeer Dhaka is a great option if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and value in the heart of the city. I would consider staying here again.

Good location and 10 mins walk away from great eating places and some shopping. The room was large enough for two and the breakfast very decent and tasty. The gym could be better equipped tho, a lot of the machines were not functioning.

The bed was soft, the linens felt fresh, and the room had all the basic facilities I needed for a relaxed stay. I was especially happy with the quiet and peaceful environment, which made it easy to rest after a long day in the city. The housekeeping team did a great job keeping everything tidy and well-maintained throughout my stay. The food at Priyo Nibash was another highlight. Their restaurant served delicious dishes that tasted homely and fresh. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, the food was flavorful and well-prepared. I really appreciated the variety and the fast service, even during busy hours. Overall, the service at Priyo Nibash Hotel stood out the most. I arrived in Dhaka late at night and stayed for one night. I had pre-booked a paid airport transfer, and they gave clear instructions on where the driver would be waiting, so meeting up was very smooth. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a buffet with both Western and Bangladeshi options. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Overall, the stay was quite pleasant. However, I was disappointed that I didn’t receive a room with balcony access, even though I had booked it well in advance and specifically requested it. Aside from that, the hotel staff were accommodating and courteous, which I truly appreciated. In terms of cleanliness, the room appeared clean at first glance but lacked attention to detail. It seemed like the bedsheets and duvet cover hadn’t been changed, as there were multiple stains on them. The bathroom floor also had several strands of hair, which were only noticeable if you looked closely. The breakfast was average—not a wide variety, but the food tasted good. One downside was the air conditioning; it was outdated and not so comfortable. What stood out the most was the friendliness some of the staff. Their warm and helpful attitude made a big difference in my experience.

Dear Trip.com Support, I would like to raise a formal complaint regarding my recent hotel stay booked through your platform. During breakfast at the hotel, I found an insect/ant in my food, which was extremely disturbing and unacceptable from a hygiene and food safety perspective. I immediately informed the hotel staff, and while they replaced the food, the incident completely ruined my dining experience and caused serious concern about the hotel’s cleanliness standards. I booked this stay expecting proper hygiene and quality service, but this experience was very disappointing and uncomfortable. I have attached/photo evidence of the issue. Considering the unpleasant experience and health concern caused, I request appropriate compensation or resolution from your side. Please investigate this matter and update me as soon as possible.
