Upon check-in, we received a complimentary personalized welcome drink, which was a nice touch. The service overall was excellent, the room was spacious and quite clean. As it's a Marriott property, I was able to earn Marriott points, making for a very satisfying stay. The burger on the hotel's menu was also delicious. Overall, a great experience!

I stayed at a newly opened hotel that was very clean and well-conceptualized. The air conditioning was cold and effective, and the staff were exceptionally friendly — the welcome drink was amazing. The indoor pool in the building’s center is nice. Breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty dishes. My only downside was noise transfer between rooms and from outside; while full soundproofing may be impossible, the level of sound was fairly high and noticeably clear. Overall, excellent service, cleanliness, and food — they should improve sound insulation for a quieter stay.

The hotel is large. It feels like a 5-star hotel from the 1990s, a prime example of this area. It's a great place to reminisce. It has a traditional Javanese feel, and the hotel building is spacious, making it perfect for exploring leisurely. The pool is noticeably larger than other hotels. A leisurely stroll in the evening will evoke the atmosphere of a small Indonesian town. The staff are incredibly friendly. All the hotel staff, including the female employees, are smiling brightly and offering genuine assistance.

The room was very spacious for its class, and the location was strategic. The shower in the bathroom was a bit broken yesterday. Hot water was scarce in the morning. The playground was large and kept the kids entertained.

The hotel is clean, smells lovely, comfortable, and quiet. The service is great, friendly, and kind. The facilities are complete. The location is in the city center and close to everything. The food is varied and delicious. My husband and I really enjoyed our 2-night stay there. Next time, we'll stay there again and bring the family.

Entering the hotel, the aroma of Jasmine is strong, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast is also quite delicious and varied. Maybe next time I will stay there again if I go to Solo
