From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, warm, and genuinely welcoming. A special thanks goes to Mr. Mustafa at the reception for his continuous support throughout our stay. His professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to assist at every moment made our experience seamless and memorable. He truly represents the high standards of hospitality that the Four Seasons brand is known for. The hotel itself is magnificent. The restoration and decoration beautifully reflect an authentic Moroccan touch, blending traditional craftsmanship with refined luxury. From the intricate details, elegant colors, and artisanal elements to the serene atmosphere throughout the property, every corner tells a story of heritage and sophistication. All staff are very helpful and ready to help when ever you need them. Upon our return our flight was late eveining so they where very accommodating and gave us 2 hours extra before check out.

This hotel was unexpeted, great location easy to walk to Agdal and alot to do there. the hotel facilities sare nice and clean. the pool is so nice and the staff are very helpful. it was a bit expensive to stay in there but due to the brand and the location i think the pricewas fair. i highly recommend

Not bad, the waiters are very enthusiastic, the room is clean and comfortable, except that there were Shanghai aunties from the Chinese tour group who made loud noises for a long time in the hotel lobby area that day, which made people feel like returning home inexplicably😂😂

I stayed expecting a proper 5-star experience, but unfortunately my stay was disappointing in several aspects. The furniture and overall room condition felt outdated and poorly maintained. The cleanliness standards were below expectations, especially the bed sheets, which did not appear clean upon arrival.. Breakfast was another major disappointment. The quality and variety were very average and definitely not at the level expected from a hotel presenting itself as luxury  What surprised me most was that the hotel seemed more focused on management presence, security teams, and formalities than on improving the actual guest experience and comfort. Overall, I did not feel this hotel delivers the standard or value of a true 5-star property, and I would personally not choose to stay here agai
