"The riad has a great location - just one turn from the main street. Everything is at hand - a green market street where you can buy fruit, vegetables, fish and anything you like. While booking we were promised a “Luxury Double Room” but in fact it was extremely small, without any amenities. Without cabinet, without hanger - just only a number of hooks on the wall. The toilet was also very small. The room smelled like sewer - we had to open the window all the time to ventilate the room.
The breakfast served at the roof terrace was tasty.
The personnel was really friendly and very helpful.
I can recommend this riad for its location. Just adjust your expectations to the reality - and you’ll enjoy staying in it!"

"The room is 32 square meters, 2 beds need to increase the price, health is general, the bathroom towels are old, it is best to bring your own disposable compressed towels, bath towels, hot water bottles, slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste and brushing cups, breakfast environment is good, milk eggs are available, hot rice porridge can be full."

GGuest User- Friendly helpful staff but expect slow service as is the case generally around Rabat.
- Brilliant room and the hotel but not all amenities are live. The hotel very much is under construction. Not great for a pricy hotel. Was disappointed. Steam room was not on and you had to walk through construction to get to the spa.
- The Spanish restaurant in the hotel was superb.
- Location wise you are away from the centre but great if you want the beach.

The rain room has no water block or curtain, which is inconvenient. The basement gym is limited in height and small in size.

GGrossThe huge patio and garden are wonderful with lots of space - nice change from riads and medinas. Rooms are very small for a 5* in modern part of Morocco. Closest 5* to the medina/downtown. Breakfast was too expensive at twеnty fivе еuro each and wasn’t really 5*.

DDenis VRA good hotel on a quiet street near the museums. The hotel is large, but at the same time quiet and calm. It may seem quite old to discerning travelers, but don't rush to conclusions: good location, friendly staff, rooms equipped with everything you need and everything works, including air conditioning, plus the low cost make the hotel attractive.

ZZHONGYIThe location of the hotel is close to Rabat city station and tram, very convenient, and the front desk service is good and helpful. But there was no electricity in the room, so I asked the waiter to deal with it for a while, and the electricity was cut off again at night. We did not use any electrical appliances in the room from start to finish. Bad experience. The water pressure in the hotel bath is great! This is very commendable!

GGuest UserI stayed expecting a proper 5-star experience, but unfortunately my stay was disappointing in several aspects.
The furniture and overall room condition felt outdated and poorly maintained. The cleanliness standards were below expectations, especially the bed sheets, which did not appear clean upon arrival..
Breakfast was another major disappointment. The quality and variety were very average and definitely not at the level expected from a hotel presenting itself as luxury
What surprised me most was that the hotel seemed more focused on management presence, security teams, and formalities than on improving the actual guest experience and comfort.
Overall, I did not feel this hotel delivers the standard or value of a true 5-star property, and I would personally not choose to stay here agai
