Facilities: The hotel's most attractive features are the water park and theme park, enough to keep kids entertained for a week. Even during the Easter holiday, there were hardly any queues for any of the attractions, making for a fantastic experience. Some of the video game equipment was broken and needed repair or replacement. However, the rooms were exceptionally well-maintained; the carpets and sofas were spotless, unlike many hotels that have been open for years. The cleanliness was outstanding, giving both children and adults peace of mind. Cleanliness: The most commendable aspect was the impeccable cleaning of the rooms, carpets, and sofas. The bedding was comfortable, and the towels were of good quality. Environment: The hotel offers shopping, leisure, and entertainment options, truly providing a one-stop service for travelers. Service: The service was standard; nothing particularly outstanding or bad.

Service was very good Reception was cooperative and helpful lobby was clean but a bit small and cozy no elevators except in main buildings and usually crowded. when it comes to a family room on the 4th floor in a second building without elevators and round staircase it is totally annoying. food was moderate compared to other resorts we stayed other facilities were convenient.

Шикарный отель, хороший, вежливый и внимательный персонал. При бронировании попросили застелить диван для третьего человека. При заселении этого не сделали, но в течение часа подготовили спальное место. Также было два халата и две пары тапочек. Попросили донести и персонал сразу все исправил. Мы приехали в отель рано, в 10 утра, хотя заселение с 14-00. Номеров свободных в наличии не было, поэтому раньше нас не смогли заселить, но Нас сразу проводили на завтрак. Это было приятно. Спасибо ❤️

I want to share my impressions of our magical vacation at the Xanadu Resort Hotel in Belek. We have a lot to compare it to (we've traveled extensively), and I can confidently say: this was truly a heavenly, top-tier vacation. Everything was wonderful — from check-in to check-out. I'd especially like to highlight: it was spotlessly clean everywhere, the grounds are huge, green, and meticulously maintained. Thanks to this, it never felt crowded — you could always find a secluded spot for a peaceful rest. The food was a separate delight. Everything was very exquisite, the ingredients were high-quality and fresh, and there was a huge selection of dishes — from confectionery masterpieces to hot meals. The assortment was so wide that we couldn't even try 10% of it during our entire stay. In every corner of the hotel, you could feel the staff's care. Everyone was smiling, friendly, and ready to help. Special thanks to the front desk staff (unfortunately, I didn't catch their names, but they were very warm and professional people) — they welcomed us warmly and promptly resolved all our check-in issues. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a refined, comfortable, and flawless vacation. We will definitely be back with the whole family, all of us!

Rest in this hotel for the third time, everything is wonderful, separately I want to highlight adult animators Dmitry and Alina, guys you are super. Children animators all wonderful 👍🏻There are questions, very all fat, for health it is certainly such for yourself. For this price, a room with direct pool access and a private sun terrace – this is a really good hotel. **Location**: 2.5 km from the sea, but there's a shuttle every 30 minutes. I didn't go to the beach as it was still too cold for me to swim. My goal was just to sunbathe). I really liked the idea of separate zones for families and adults. I saw them denying entry to guests with children in the adult section, which is great. It's quiet there, no music, just perfect. Near the hotel, there are pharmacies, a Migros supermarket, and Land of Legends is a 15-minute walk away. A taxi is 10 euros one way, but walking is better. **Room**: The room is simple but modern. However, the toilet smelled of cat urine, and the smell wasn't removed. I wasn't moved to another room. A bathrobe is by request; the first one they brought was ripped and too small. I asked for a replacement and got an acceptable one. No body lotion. Plenty of outlets, and the bedding and bed are fine. Overall, the cleaning is good. **Food**: Good. Always a good selection. Once there was smoked red fish for breakfast and once crayfish for dinner. But it seems there are few beef dishes. The snacks are a bit strange and pointless. **Drinks**: The cocktails in the lobby are awful; they're more or less okay at the adult-only bar. **Service**: The staff are responsive to requests and complaints. The restaurant also has good service; you don't have to go to the bar yourself, the waiters are excellent. **Downside**: On the -1 floor, in the adult zone, there's a disco from 11:30 PM. The music is so loud you can hear the song lyrics in your room. Those sensitive to noise definitely won't be able to sleep. Extending the room for 7 hours due to a late flight cost 140 euros – which is not reasonable.

I stayed at Regnum Carya on my own and was very happy with my choice. It’s an excellent option for both a relaxing getaway and a comfortable solo vacation. The hotel grounds are large, beautifully maintained, and very scenic — perfect for walking, reading, or simply enjoying the atmosphere. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. Housekeeping was high quality, and everything was always clean and well organized. The food was outstanding: a huge variety of dishes, all delicious and diverse, making it easy to choose meals to suit any mood. I was especially impressed by the level of service — the staff were polite, attentive, and not intrusive. Traveling alone felt comfortable and relaxing. The spa is excellent, the pools are great, and there are plenty of opportunities to stay active or simply relax on the beach. Regnum Carya is a perfect choice for solo travelers looking for a high-quality, peaceful, and truly luxurious holiday. I would happily return again.

I like the hotel, it was my second time on holiday with my children. The service is up to par. The food is delicious. There are no slides in the pool for children, although they used to be there. But there is unlimited access to the amusement park. It's a pity that it was possible to book a room through the app only for three adults and I had to pay extra for the children on site. Overall, the holiday was a success, thanks to the staff!
