Huge thanks to Nia Hotel for making my Dalat trip perfect! I stayed for three nights, and the staff were all incredibly warm and friendly. The breakfast was delicious too.
My three-night stay happened to be over Chinese New Year's Eve, the first day, and the second day of the new year, which is also Tet for Vietnamese people. It was only after coming to Da Nang that I truly appreciated the peaceful beauty of Dalat, and Nia Hotel truly enriched my memories of this trip.
Even though many shops were closed for the holiday, you could always find great food and drinks within a ten-minute walk. Just look for a restaurant with a lot of locals, and you can't go wrong.

Guest UserHad a wonderful stay at this new hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and offer a great view. A special shoutout to the hotel staff, who are incredibly helpful and always eager to assist. In particular, Quyen at the reception was fantastic—she checked in on us daily via the hotel's WhatsApp to ensure we were enjoying our stay and had everything we needed.
A quick tip: When booking a Grab, drivers can easily miss the entrance slope. If you are getting picked up and your driver seems lost, just ask the front desk—the staff are more than happy to call them and guide them to the lobby. Similarly, when returning to the hotel, keep an eye out and be sure to alert your driver as you approach so they don't drive past the entrance.

Sunrise in a warm pool with a cup of coffee in hand — this alone is worth booking this hotel.
✨ A truly golden stay in Da Lat — peaceful, elegant, and deeply relaxing.
The highlight of this hotel is, without question, the warm swimming pool on the 3rd floor. Not just because it is beautiful, but because it opens at 5:30 AM. While the rest of the family is still asleep, you can enjoy one of the rarest travel luxuries: warm water, fresh morning air, sunrise light, and complete silence. That alone made this stay unforgettable.
🕠 Warm Pool Hours
The warm swimming pool (3rd floor) is open from 5:30 AM to 8:00 PM — and this is easily the hotel’s greatest luxury. Early opening hours make it perfect for peaceful morning swims and a quiet coffee before the day begins.
🍽 Breakfast Hours
Breakfast is served daily from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM on the 3rd floor. The selection was generous and varied, with excellent soups, delicious desserts, and enough options to make every breakfast feel like a treat rather than a routine hotel buffet.
☕ Afternoon Tea
Complimentary afternoon tea is served daily from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on the 3rd floor — a lovely and thoughtful touch that adds charm to the stay and makes the hotel feel more refined and welcoming.
🌅 Location & View
The view is beautiful, and the location was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. Being close to the cable car was a huge advantage for us and made exploring especially easy and convenient.
💛 Service
The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout our stay. Service felt polished, caring, and consistently helpful — the kind of hospitality that makes a hotel feel truly comfortable.
🔎 What Could Be Improved
What keeps this hotel from being exceptional is not the service, but the housekeeping supervision and room maintenance.
A few small details slightly affected the overall impression:
• the vanity table in our room had visible stains
• the shower head was leaking
• in the breakfast area on the 3rd floor, there is a beautiful decorative plant, but the dust on its leaves was impossible to ignore
These are small things, but details matter — especially in a hotel that otherwise feels so close to being truly outstanding.
Still, this is a hotel I would happily return to — for the warm morning pool, the excellent breakfast, the peaceful atmosphere, and that rare feeling of quiet comfort.

Anonymous UserPros:
Beautiful room
Stunning lobby with fresh flowers
Very beautiful grounds
Delicious and varied breakfasts with sparkling wine, plenty of fruits, greens, pastries, and eggs cooked to order.
Cons:
Bathroom corners were dirty
Windows don't open
No rooms with twin beds and balconies; balconies are only available in king-size rooms.
The central air conditioning wasn't working, and the rooms were very cold.
A desk lamp wasn't working.
The spa (pool, sauna) closes at 4:30 PM, which is probably inconvenient for most guests since it gets dark around 6:00 PM and people are usually out exploring then.
Not all front desk staff speak English.

Nana HanizanIt was an amazing experience staying at the resort. Every staff were friendly attentive and helpful. The resort view surrounding it is spectacular. Only concerned about their swimming not so clean. Full of bugs, bird poop and dirts. No one swims coz of it. But I did huhu.
Tips on Room View, if you want a beautiful Mountain View, opt for the Golf Course view coz the actual Mountain View option doesn’t really give u a beautiful Mountain View.
If you’re a Muslim traveller you need to inform the hotel before you arrive so they can try and accommodate your halal meal request for breakfast buffet.
There’s also pickel ball court there (but for rental sadly not complimentary) so bring your attires if you’re a player like me!
The breakfast spread is really nice. Variety and a lot to choose from.
They recommend to come during special occasions like NYE, Xmas and Liberation/Labour Day.
For those who travels solo like me and don’t like to travel on a bus for 7-8 hours to Da Lat, wait till after September 2026 to come coz then the airport is already done renovating.
But you MUST come visit Da Lat and if you’re looking for a peace and quiet kinda resort far from the city buzz, THIS is the resort you must choose.
Also they provide shuttle service daily to help send guests to Da Lat city centre according to time schedule so u are able to plan your activities daily. I’m definitely coming back here.
Well this is my personal experience, but I hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I did! Good luck!

The location is excellent, right between Da Lat Night Market and Xuan Huong Lake. You can enjoy lake views from the hotel entrance or from rooms facing the lake at any time.
The hotel itself is grand, luxurious, and has a classic, antique feel. It truly makes you feel like an 18th or 19th-century French aristocrat. The garden is also beautifully maintained and opulent.
Breakfast was good, and I especially enjoyed the afternoon tea starting at 2 PM.
However, Da Lat mornings and evenings are cold. Even though I used the fireplace heater in my room, it was still chilly, and I ended up catching a cold. It's a good idea to bring warm clothes or pajamas for sleeping.
P.S. My name is Young Been, but it was written as Young Heen. T_T

Robinson Crusoe
Location great as close to lake and central part of town.
Public areas bright abd well kept.
Breakfast choice limited, particularly for fruit, considering that a lot of fruit is grown in the region.
Room was tired and in need of refurbishment.
Room also smelled a bit stale I suspect it might have been the bedding.
My ”city view” room had a view of some ramshackle flat rooftops!
Summary: a functional hotel in a good location for exploring Da Lat but the room was nothing special.

The hotel is very luxurious, beautiful, and clean. The staff are enthusiastic and friendly. It's quite close to Da Lat market, just over 1km away. Another plus is its proximity to the famous Tao Ngo Chicken Hotpot with É Leaves restaurant in Da Lat. You can walk there in about 50m. This was a real surprise on my trip, truly delightful!

Наталья ТолчинаWe stayed for one night. The grounds are beautiful and expansive, with charming cabins. There are lots of flowers, a vegetable garden, and their own mini-zoo. The only downside to the view is the construction on the opposite bank.
As for the minor issues, the bathrobes are very small, and there are no disposable slippers. Breakfast was incredibly noisy and crowded, making it impossible to find a free table. Overall, you can tell the hotel has a high volume of guests, and some areas are in need of renovation and repairs.
