3-Star Hotels in Dalat

This hotel deserves a 10 out of 10! Everything is absolutely perfect. From the very first moment, you can tell they poured their heart and soul into this place. The room was spotlessly clean, fresh, and literally sparkling. A huge thank you to the staff for such a high standard and care for their guests. The room was very bright, spacious, and incredibly cozy—so much so that I didn't want to leave. A special pleasant surprise was the projector in the room—it made the evenings especially atmospheric. The large balcony with a stunning view of the city has become one of my favorite spots, and the sunsets from there are simply unforgettable. Breakfast—a wide selection of dishes, everything fresh and delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay! I will definitely come back again and will gladly recommend this hotel to others.

The first thing that comes to mind is I think it's definitely the friendliness of the staff. I remember the young male staff member who always greeted me with a smile and treated me kindly. The location is also close to the night market, so it's close to most restaurants and bars, which was nice.

The hotel has a very convenient location. The rooms are clean and bright, with large windows. In my room, the window faced the sunset, and the sunlight warmed the room throughout the day. This made the room pleasantly warm, even in the evening. It was nice to return to a warm room after a long day, thanks to both the sunlight and the view of a beautiful sunset. The placement of power outlets was convenient, and the room included a kettle, which allowed me to make tea easily. The hot shower was also a plus. The parking area was secure, closed, underground, and very spacious—perfect for both bikes and cars. Overall, the hotel gave me a sense of safety and coziness. However, there was one downside I encountered. The bathroom was extremely small, and the shower kept flooding the room. On the first day, I reported this issue to the staff. They responded promptly by wiping the floor with dry towels and removing the water. Unfortunately, the problem persisted. The next day, I asked them to fix it again, and they removed the floor filter, which was blocking the water drainage. While this improved the situation, it did not completely resolve the issue. It seems the shower area wasn’t adequately sealed, as water continued to seep out into the room. This made it impossible to take a long shower, limiting me to very short ones. Despite this, my overall impression of the hotel is positive.

The room was well-equipped with amenities, and the Wi-Fi speed was quite fast. The only minor drawbacks were that the air felt a bit stuffy when we first entered, and the lobby was crowded on the weekend, so the front desk efficiency could be improved. Overall, the stay was comfortable.

I arrived at the hotel before 6 AM because my bus arrived early, and the gate was closed. As soon as I contacted them via WhatsApp, they responded immediately and even allowed me to freshen up. Although the official check-in time is 2 PM, they kindly let me check in at 12 PM. Both receptionists were extremely polite and helpful. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. There are plenty of food options within a 5-minute walk, and the hotel is only 10–15 minutes from Xuan Huong Lake and the night market. Overall, an excellent stay—I would definitely choose this place again when I return to Dalat!

Unnecessarily inconvenient. I rate the 4person room with balcony. Pro: The place ist nice and quiet, feels luxurious, good bedsheets, nice sunset view. Some piano (tv) sound comes from the lobby. Nice Ambiente. Good value for the price. This is not the city center, you take a grab to go somewhere, place can be found as ”d house” on Google maps easily. Many power outlets, space, tables and some chairs and 2 mirrors in the room. The bedsheets are thick, only 2 sheets for 4 persons but I guess it's for couples. Con: The indoor slippers hurt my feet with every step, there are many steps to level -2. Cannot take them off because the floor is cold. When going to toilet or shower, you must bring the toiletpaper, towel, shampoo clothes etc from your room, lock your room, bring your keys, ... *** you need an orgachart and checklist just for taking a poop. Light cannot be switched from bed, and when entering the room you must first reach behind the door. After 8pm you need to fiddle a bit to open the gate. No wifi information stored in the app or in the room. Super Inconvenient, hire someone to improve the flow(i.e. japanese person)!

The apartment is nice , but you would like to clean up better and replace some elements (they are tired of time)

Расположение в конце узкого и длинного переулка. Парковка на 2 машины всего. Виды на теплицы) Завтрак делают под заказ: не наешься как в привычном шведском столе. Полотенца нормальные можно попросить - принесут. Кондиционер только охлаждает, отопления нету никакого. Одну ночь было +6, нам принесли доп одеяла по просьбе.

My friends and I stayed here for 6 days for a wedding. The room itself is spacious, with a beautiful view outside. The bed was comfortable, and big. Really appreciated that. The cleaning staff were so helpful and quick to any requests I had. The request I did have often was to clean my bathroom floor as the water comes out the drain in the shower and to the whole floor of the bathroom, going to the drain by the toilet. The staff said this is a common issue as the hotel is old. So they mentioned that it can be cleaned when I needed it and it was so problem averted, however it can be inconvenient if you don't have the patience for this. Esp at night if you want to have a late shower, you will walk on a wet floor after that in the bathroom. My friends however in the 3 other rooms, did not have this issue. It was only my room. The hotel is very beautiful and the aesthetics do make you feel like you are in some olden royal venue. Note, there is no conditioner in the bathroom, which is common in Vietnam, ensure you carry this, it is not easy to find outside quickly. There are local coffee shops, restaurants and laundry services in and out the hotel. At the hotel they were quick and affordable for laundry. There are no other facilities at the hotel.

The administrator was good. However, the room description stated 'window facing the courtyard.' I understood there wouldn't be a view, but I didn't expect it to be a window facing pipes. The entire hotel strongly smelled of sewage, or perhaps cockroach repellent. There was also a strong moldy smell. It was impossible to stay in the room. I think I even got sick from this strong odor; I felt unwell for the rest of the day. We checked out immediately in the morning and canceled the remaining two days. The hotel refunded the money.
