The location is excellent, right between Da Lat Night Market and Xuan Huong Lake. You can enjoy lake views from the hotel entrance or from rooms facing the lake at any time.
The hotel itself is grand, luxurious, and has a classic, antique feel. It truly makes you feel like an 18th or 19th-century French aristocrat. The garden is also beautifully maintained and opulent.
Breakfast was good, and I especially enjoyed the afternoon tea starting at 2 PM.
However, Da Lat mornings and evenings are cold. Even though I used the fireplace heater in my room, it was still chilly, and I ended up catching a cold. It's a good idea to bring warm clothes or pajamas for sleeping.
P.S. My name is Young Been, but it was written as Young Heen. T_T

Guest UserNo lift so if travel with big and heavy luggage, need to highlight this to them.. At night, the lights at the villa's common area were too dim especially the staircase. Should just add some sensor light. A friendly suggestion that you should place a concierge counter and staff near the entrance. Upon arrival, I have to carry my own luggage up the staircase to the lobby to check in. After that, they only brought my luggage to the buggy and left behind my backpack at the lobby. Besides, it will be more welcoming if someone greeted us upon arrival. But there's no one there. Luckily the scent of lily at the lobby makes it up. Breakfast was good. Environment was beautiful. Bed and pillows are comfy. Meeting the international chain standard. The food at Chinese restaurant next to the hotel is decent but not very authentic.

AwilumThe hotel has a very convenient location. The rooms are clean and bright, with large windows. In my room, the window faced the sunset, and the sunlight warmed the room throughout the day. This made the room pleasantly warm, even in the evening. It was nice to return to a warm room after a long day, thanks to both the sunlight and the view of a beautiful sunset.
The placement of power outlets was convenient, and the room included a kettle, which allowed me to make tea easily. The hot shower was also a plus. The parking area was secure, closed, underground, and very spacious—perfect for both bikes and cars. Overall, the hotel gave me a sense of safety and coziness.
However, there was one downside I encountered. The bathroom was extremely small, and the shower kept flooding the room. On the first day, I reported this issue to the staff. They responded promptly by wiping the floor with dry towels and removing the water. Unfortunately, the problem persisted. The next day, I asked them to fix it again, and they removed the floor filter, which was blocking the water drainage. While this improved the situation, it did not completely resolve the issue. It seems the shower area wasn’t adequately sealed, as water continued to seep out into the room. This made it impossible to take a long shower, limiting me to very short ones.
Despite this, my overall impression of the hotel is positive.

Anonymous UserEverything was great. We stayed for two nights. The property is very peaceful and quiet, perfect if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of Nha Trang.
It's a bit far from Da Lat city center (20-30 minutes by taxi), but many attractions are quite close by.
The lake view and garden view rooms weren't significantly different – the lake view was obstructed by trees anyway.
Considering the price-to-quality ratio, I recommend it.
There's no air conditioning in the room, but it gets quite cool at night, and you can open the windows (they have screens). However, it can get a bit stuffy during the day.
Early check-in from 12 PM is possible without an extra charge. There's a shuttle to the center, but you need to book it 2 hours in advance, so a taxi is more convenient.

If you're expecting a true 5-star hotel experience, you might be slightly disappointed. They really need to improve in order to live up to a 5-star standard.
A child had scribbled on the wall with pencil, and no one had cleaned it off. There were drill holes in the bathroom wall, the shampoo was not refilled enough, there was no body lotion provided, and the refrigerator was completely empty. Our room was right next to an unfinished construction area of the hotel. The balcony was dusty and connected to other rooms, which did not feel very safe or private. Our motorbike was parked in the basement in the guest parking area, but it was frequently moved to another spot. I also tried to find the complimentary sauna, but it was only available to spa customers.
I was satisfied with the breakfast selection, which was varied and suited our taste, especially the Pho. The dining area was very crowded during peak morning hours. Our table was taken by someone else while we went to get food. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not very professional; they were somewhat sparing with their words and smiles.
We celebrated our wedding anniversary here, and the hotel prepared a small gift for us, which I truly appreciated. The location is quite convenient, close to the city center. There is a park with many beautiful flowers right in front of the hotel.

The room was located on the top floor with a view, which was a nice advantage — it was pleasant to sit and enjoy the view.
However, there were some downsides. The cleaning felt rather superficial, as there were hairs on the floor from previous guests. There were also noticeable stains on the towels, and the bed sheets did not look completely clean, likely because some stains could not be fully removed. This created a somewhat unpleasant overall impression.
The shower also worked a bit oddly, as the water did not always come out from the expected outlet when switching modes.
On the positive side, the reception staff were very polite, and at check-out they even offered a small complimentary succulent, which was a nice and unexpected gesture.
It is also worth noting that there is no elevator in the hotel, so getting to the upper floors with large luggage may be inconvenient. In our case, it was not an issue since we only had backpacks.

The hotel is very luxurious, beautiful, and clean. The staff are enthusiastic and friendly. It's quite close to Da Lat market, just over 1km away. Another plus is its proximity to the famous Tao Ngo Chicken Hotpot with É Leaves restaurant in Da Lat. You can walk there in about 50m. This was a real surprise on my trip, truly delightful!

Anonymous UserThe hotel's main advantage is its location. Apart from that, the hotel feels quite old. There is no elevator at the hotel, the receptionist carried our luggage upstairs when we checked in. However, when we checked out, we had to carry our luggage downstairs ourselves. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and the water pressure in both the sink and the shower was very weak, making it inconvenient to use.
My stay at this hotel ended up being a very unsettling experience. The room door has a partially frosted glass panel, so I could clearly see the shadow of anyone standing outside. A man stood in front of my room several times, and I could see his shadow lingering there. I also saw him reaching for the door handle. It happened around midnight, and I was terrified. I was literally shaking when I reported it to the reception.
The receptionist told me he had spoken to the man and said the man was ”just smoking” in the balcony. However, based on what I personally witnessed, it did not seem like someone who was simply smoking. I repeatedly saw his shadow outside my door as he stood there, checking my room. This made me feel extremely unsafe. What made the situation even worse was that there was no additional security latch on the inside of the door, so I did not feel adequately protected. I could barely sleep for the rest of the night.
I hope the hotel takes guest safety more seriously by improving room security and ensuring guests feel safe during their stay.

Guest UserHi recently I went to Dalat for the 10th Dalat Flower Festival. I stay at TTR Skypool View Hotel from 3rd to 8th Dec 2024. It is near the centre market and the lake where the festival was held. The weather is cold in morning and night with cool wind in the afternoon. Beautiful flowers and scenery. Overall cleanliness of the hotel and room is very clean. Would recommend this clean and safe hotel to tourists.
