Great
GGuest UserI accidentally booked this homestay, but I was really happy with everything, from the service to the rooms. It was very clean and they even have a cute dog named Bun!
The staff were incredibly enthusiastic and lovely. The location isn't too far from the city center either. I highly recommend it to everyone.
My only slight regret this trip was that they were doing road construction. So, if you're planning to go around this time, remember to call the homestay beforehand if you're worried about potential inconvenience. It wasn't very noisy, but a small section of the road leading in might be a bit tricky for women driving by themselves.
Otherwise, it's a perfect 10/10! The picture below is the super beautiful sunset view from my room.
ささき|カフェ・フォトスポットThis was the most expensive accommodation of our trip, so I had high expectations, but unfortunately, the shower didn't have hot water and I couldn't use the bathtub in the room 🥲🥲. I was really looking forward to the luxurious bathtub, so that was a big disappointment.
Other than that, the room was cute, and the breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent! The overall interior was luxurious with plenty of photo opportunities, so I was very satisfied with all the pictures I took! ◎

Great
GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel. The environment is soothing and relaxing, just the right place to unwind after a hectic tour. Although it's a little out of the city, we're easily connected to everywhere by your most efficient Grab service. Of special mention is the service of your great staff. At the breakfast room, Vy is the perfect PR who gave us very good information about where to visit and eat. I love the restaurants she suggested especially Rom and the chicken salad. Last night I had a very nice experience with Nga who knew I had stomach upset. She was most kind and thoughtful to suggest dishes I could eat and even offered ginger tea with honey. I'm very touched. Having travelled all around the world, I've never experienced such excellent service. Big thumbs up to Mercure!
EEverygeniaI love it. We had a chance to upgrade our room to premier (although only on the third day, but still, it was a great deal).
Good breakfast, and normally it is a buffet, but if there are too few guests, is it a la carte.
It is the best hotel around (we've checked a few nearby, and they are much worse (conditions of the rooms, beddings, etc)
Sometimes it was very difficult to communicate with some of the staff, even with a translator, and it feels like I was talking to the alien, so be patient))
GGuest UserA good hotel but quite distance to cafe n restaurant. Room condition, towel n bedsheets very clean. During my stay, i was blown away by the cherry blossom n flowers. Is really amazing n beautiful. We stay here 2 nights but the 2nd night we decide to have out dinner at the restaurant. To our surprise the quality of the food is pretty good. Overall, i would give this hotel only 4 stars as the facilities provide is very limited. Room need to be upgraded specially the furniture n bathroom blinds.
GGuest UserThis orange-colored guesthouse is tucked away on a steep, uphill road, making it very quiet and peaceful, far from the main thoroughfare. I chose an attic room with a small window. There's no air conditioning, but it wasn't needed at all as the evenings in the mountains were quite cool. There's a lovely coffee shop right outside. Most importantly, the pure cotton bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable to lie on! I slept wonderfully. The host was very kind and tried hard to communicate with me about my itinerary, offering help and suggestions.
GGuest UserDalat is a beautiful clean city
Hotel Du Parc Dalat is a great hotel of historic significance as in French influenced probably from French people lived there before as in history
I like the friendly atmosphere and hospitality of the hotel
Staffs
They are very helpful and I liked to live in this hotel
Breakfast is yummy
A variety of food - including good mix of local and continental breakfast
Good coffee and fresh milk
Generally the best way to travel in this area if you’re living in this hotel - is not difficult to walk around the city wearing a good pair of walking shoes in the late morning till early afternoon
Can walk - go to the old city centre Dalat market or walk to GO! Supermarket and sit around the lake side for a refreshing time
The weather dropped cooler and can be very cold in the evening and it is advisable to keep warm in case the sun sets earlier
Grab car is easily available
Taxi service from the hotel is reasonable and reliable for going to further places - better than using the Grab car
GGuest UserA very different experience to my usual choice of hotel. Very old school/retro feel about it. Wooden bath, shutters and some other great features. An amazing stay

JJade6892Receptionist is very efficient & courteous. Spacious reception & dining area.
Room is clean & tidy, but small (no chair, one has to use the bed as chair for the table).
Toilet is clean, tidy & quite spacious. However, one of the holder of toilet bowl lid is broken.
Facilities inside room: water boiling kettle, wifi, TV (no channel & no remote control), hot shower, toiletries like liquid soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, ear cotton buds, shaver, standing fan, slippers, etc. No hair hairdryer.
Nice comfortable bed & pillows.
Complementary 2 bottled water, 2 sachets of coffee & 2 tea bags per day.
Cafes & restaurants nearby.
Safe area.
Only complaint: as most hotel in Vietnam, the door & wall of the room are quite thin, & if there is noise from the walkway outside the room, it can be heard very clearly from the room (noise from other hotel guests or room cleaner in the morning).
The cleaner will shout from room to room in the morning asking for room cleaning service & this will disturb sleeping guests. When there is no answer, the cleaner will assume that there is no guests inside the room & will open the door using the masterkey. This is not the correct way to do the daily room cleaning service! The management of the hotel should buy tags (request for room-cleaning or do-not-disturb tag) that can be hanged on door knobs as done in many hotels.
