與大家分享入住該酒店的遭遇與切身感受:9.1入住,9.12離店。該酒店是本人入住的酒店中,管理層處理客人訴求的能力與專業素養最差的一家,沒有之一,是完全站在客人的對立面處理問題的,壓根沒把住客當是客人。酒店管理層對客訴的處理方式與攜程待客的宗旨是相互違背的,建議攜程對該酒店進行跟蹤與調查。事情經過:9.1入住後,9月6日下午來台風,颱風第二天即7日白天開始停電,直到晚上酒店通過發電機發電,當時酒店前台來了不少海口當地居民(小區已停水停電),諮詢是否有水有電,如果有,就訂房辦入住。我當時也在前台附近。酒店對着大家説:目前的電衹能供照明、手機充電使用,不可以使用空調,有水,但為涼水。願意入住的就辦理入住,不願意的退款。我聽到這話,認為有水有電就住了。因此當天晚上就在攜程下單,續住8日(原先的訂單8日離店),直到13日離店,當時攜程APP提示已預訂成功,説明酒店已在攜程後台點了續住訂單的確認。本人8日早上經過前台想辦續住,但沒看到人在,便出去辦事了。回來房間才發現沒水沒電沒信號,9月9月9日也是這種情況。本人覺得這2天不應該按照正常營業的159元房價結算房費,於是看了酒店介紹早餐29元/位,加上客房給的幾瓶礦泉水,成本不超70元,於是撥打攜程客服電話希望酒店按照159元的一半結算房費作為補償或其他方案(這2天酒店屬於非正常營業狀態)。我才知道(攜程客服才告知)原來酒店9月8日、9月9日已經對來前台訂酒店的客人説沒水沒電,暫停接客,如果願意住就住,不願意住就退房。而本人是在住酒店客人,沒有接到任何關於暫時停止接客的消息(這是店長沒有做到通知在住客人失職問題導致)。於是向攜程申訴9月8日、9月9日按照房費一半結算作為補償,攜程經過接聽電話的客服、主管客服多次交涉,酒店仍然強硬拒絕,對此事置之不理,完全沒有體現出一家集團酒店旗下豪華品牌的待客之道,應該説壓根就沒有,讓你們見識這家酒店,如下: ①店長非常之沒有禮貌,對客人非常之兇,態度非常之惡劣!此人粗暴,太粗暴的處理問題了!本人通過12345進行申訴後,酒店店長給本人電話,語氣很大,兇狠。第一句話:你找旅文局投訴,你叫什麼名店長(店長説查訂單),但我會理解為你在威脅我。第二句:查到訂單後,直接問:你什麼事(一樣的語氣,兇的狠,這是店長的素養???)。旅文局發給酒店的申訴文件有本人的申訴內容,您作為一名店長,竟然用這兩句話問客人,這店長的待客水平可見.....!事先不應該好好了解情況後給本人致電:您好,我是酒店店長,你跟旅文局反饋的問題,我們已收到,我們的處理方案為。。。。這才是你作為一名店長應該有的職業素養! ②旅文局為了解決此事,專門到酒店前台找了店長與這家酒店的老闆溝通並瞭解情況。在相互瞭解情況過程中,因我多説了話,這名店長的火爆脾氣又在旅文局工作人員面前再次上演,很大聲的説:聽我講完!聽我講完! ③本人於9月11日下續住單,酒店也不知道什麼時候漲價了。本人辦事,不搭理這酒店漲價事情,便繼續下單續住。我跟旅文局提到酒店提價的事情,原先160多元/晚,現在漲幅到260多元/晚,認為淡季漲價不太合理。店長説我沒有訂200多的訂單,都是159元的訂單,因為我們通過名字查有就有,沒有就沒有。這又是這名店長工作不到位,不細心的體現。我報攜程訂單號,一查,查到了260多元,結果這名店長又一次上演他的藐視客户、語氣極差的態度,有看到260多元訂單怎麼了???店長都不知道我昨天已經下續住單了!!!又一次沒有絲毫的歉意! ④酒店在攜程上的介紹詳情,是用手機拍後上傳的嗎?也不知道處理一下,這有損集團品牌形象呀!圖1 ⑤我直接告訴旅文局,你不要跟這名店長溝通(與這種人,不要再講什麼理數,他沒有那個格局,心理更沒有顧客,旅文局工作人員也讓這名店長把嘴巴閉上!大家可以瀏覽以往的差評,其他客人點評:這個店長,集團要考慮換了,圖2),跟他們老闆溝通就行,當然結果在我意料內,經過溝通,最後酒店還是不同意我的訴求。説明什麼:酒店的管理層待客的“理念”與店長是一樣的糟糕。圖3 ⑥給大家分享,酒店給出的最後方案:酒店告知12日的訂單退款,當天就是12日,還沒有到中午12點,我不住,你肯定要退款的,你也賴不了。訂單原本是住到13日離店,相當於沒有給到任何的解決方案,相當於把攜程客人給趕走!這家酒店的店長及老闆,處理客人投訴問題就是這樣的行為,沒有道歉,沒有態度,沒有顧客,沒有.....總之沒有....對待其他客人也是這個德行。大家可以瀏覽差評,以及酒店回覆的內容,就知道了! 酒店看到這條差評,相信會忽略自己的失職之處不提,進行各種辯解。望大家明鑒,不要踩坑!以上酒店管理層處理問題的方式,我們住客其實沒有什麼損失,損失的是這家酒店。
