Fantastic location right next to Gora Station. Lots of room with 3 sleeping areas each with their own air conditioning units.

It is hard to locate and when you try to call the number given, it ditects you to the webpage. It is stressful when you are not able to contact anyone from the property and there are restrictions that if you get late, there wiill be extra charges. Nor recommended for someone who wants to relax during the stay.

Strongly recommended if you are looking for a home away from home. Located just around the corner from Gora station, it was a convenient place to visit anywhere around Hakone. The nearest good convenience stall is Lawson (can walk or take train/bus) with very good selection of food. There are other nearer ones but Lawson's selection is really good. We really appreciate the many details that this house has - well equipped with crockery/cutlery, good microwave/oven, multi-charger extension, handsfree vacuum, washing machine etc. Children also loved the loft (sleep on floor). Highly recommended for families or large groups of friends. Good view of Owakudani from the balcony. May not be suitable for people with mobility issues (narrow/steep stairs; 3 floors in total - first floor with room and a separate toilet, 2nd floor kitchen with dining table (on floor / tatami) and shower area, 3rd floor loft with low ceiling.

Nice clean, well maintained apartment. Good kitchen and good bathroom. Nice to have a balcony. Very good location, just a couple of minutes' walk from the station. Nice cafe right next door. The only downside was that the code lock messed up and was slow.
