Premier Inn Hamburg City (Zentrum)

The location of the room is good, but the price/performance ratio is very low. I arrived at about 11 o'clock when I checked in. I saw that the counters next to me were all checking in guests. A guy here who looked like he was Arab didn't even look at the room I booked and said that I could only check in at 3 o'clock. My mother and I had to change clothes, wash and put on makeup in the lobby bathroom. After finishing all this, it was almost 12 o'clock. I went to another old man who had been checking in to inquire. He checked me in directly, and my heart was filled with 10,000 thoughts. The old man was very patient, but the speed was too slow. It almost took more than half an hour for each guest to check in, and in the end, more than 6 euros of tax were charged. I don’t know why, but a young man came to check out. It's strange that I paid additional tax and it was refunded directly to me. All in all, I feel that the service in this hotel is messy and not very professional. The room is also very small, the facilities are average, and the price/performance ratio is very low. I will not choose it again😵💫

It is a good hotel, well located in the city center. Excellent facilities. Check-in just took a very long time. Maybe a new system, but we spent half an hour at the counter. No excuses. Checking out also took over 10 minutes. It was nice that we could get into our room, even though we arrived too early. When the roadworks are over, even better to get there!

Well located. Clean and spacious room. Good shower. It doesn't have a fridge.

It was convenient as it was close to downtown Hamburg and right in front of Meßberg Station. It was good value for money and the bathroom and bed were all in good condition.
