We stayed for 3.5 weeks at Appartello for a hometown family visit. The location is close to the airport, the bus stop is 2 minutes away and within a few minutes you are at the Underground station. The staff was friendly, the apartment modern, very clean and well furnished. The only small downside is the mediocre weekly cleaning service. They do beds, provide new towels, but no real cleaning (one could move a chair to clean underneath etc.) Overall an absolute recommendation for a (longer) stay in Hamburg

The place was perfect for a small family.
We used this as a final stop before leaving Germany, as it was close to the airport.
It was clean, and they had REAL AC, which helped get a proper sleep. Something that we didn't get too much during our Euro trip.
5/5 all and all.

Arrived early Friday evening to discover that no bed linned were available. No reception, hence we had to pick-up ourselfes at neighbouring hotel. The room was extremely smelly, like somebody has left contaminated food there for month. Have had better experiences with with Appartello - this one was a complete disaster.! Would expect some kind of compensation.

Location wise excellent if you want to be close to the airport. Rooms spacious and very clean. Really surprisingly good. Also customer service top too

The room and the accommodation itself was very clean and very modern in design. The staff very friendly and helpful. Only the breakfast buffet was very meager, for the price we expected more. Otherwise highly recommended.

Recently updated furnishings and lots of space for the room I booked. Room was also generously furnished with plenty of closet and cabinet space to settle in for the week I stayed. Very good sound isolation and rarely heard the presence of other guests. Had everything I needed and a well functioning kitchenette. The property and unit were sparkling clean, and I really appreciated their mid-stay cleaning which is not typical for apart-hotel accommodations. Great front desk who helped me with all of my business needs and enjoyed their 24/7 free coffee in the lobby. Located next to a Lidl and public transportation which was really convenient.

Moderne Zimmer . Das Appartement das wir hatten war sehr sauber . Das Bett war sehr bequem und groß.WLAN war kostenlos.Liegt zwar ein wenig außerhalb aber Bushaltestelle wenige Gehminuten entfernt.Es gibt auch die Moia Taxis ( Elektro-Bus) in Hamburg wenn man das lieber möchte. Da gibt es eine App, informieren lohnt sich. Es sind auch richtig viel Parkplätze die zum Hotel gehören, die man kostengünstig nutzen kann.Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist auch in der Nähe. Da es ein Apartment ist mit Küche mit Kochgelegenheit oder Küchenzeile mit Herd und Backofen,Toaster , Wasserkocher,Kapselmaschiene , Kühlschrank und Küchenutensilien ausgestattet,ist es kein Problem das im Haus direkt kein Frühstück gibt.Es stehen verschiedene Appartement-Größen zur Auswahl, die wir uns noch kurz vor der Abreise anschauen durften . Das fanden wir sehr Nett das sich noch jemand die Zeit genommen hat. Wir kommen wieder es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Das Appartementhaus ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Gegen eine geringe Gebühr kann direkt vor dem Haus geparkt werden. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Wir erhielten ein Zimmer im 1. Obergeschoss. Vom Fenster aus sah man auf ein Nachbargebäude und einen Parkplatz. Die Zimmerausstattung war einfach, aber zweckmäßig. Alle Einrichtungsgegenstände funktionierten einwandfrei. Bad und WC waren in unterschiedlichen Räumen. Es stand ein angemessen großer, moderner Smart-TV zur Verfügung. Einzig das WLAN erwies sich als langsam. Ein gutes Frühstück konnte man auf Wunsch in einem nahe gelegenen Hotel (Alsterkrug) zu einem akzeptablen Preis einnehmen. In der Lobby stand kostenloser Kaffee zur Verfügung. Das Stadtzentrum ist mit dem PKW gut erreichbar. Zusammenfassend kann man das appartello für einen Aufenthalt in Hamburg klar empfehlen.
