Tolle Animation und tolles Sportprogramm. Um die Tiere vor Ort wird sich wunderbar gekümmert. Super nette Animateure und sehr zuvor kommendes Personal. Das Essen war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreiche. Mein Highlight war das Pferde reiten am Strand entlang.

At a first glance, Phenicia Sentido hotel in Hammamat is an idyllic spot for a holiday. But, in fact, it is an active place for animal abuse. We have, this summer, witnessed horrific scenes towards the resident animals, rendering our trip traumatic and highly stressful. Kittens are abused, tortured, and neglected, 5 have been killed by the local clients’ children, that were given these animals as toys, and are handling them as such. Kittens are, as a result of not being left alone, deserted by their mothers and starving. Cats have no water, they drink from chlorinated pools. No food, no care, complete and utter neglect and abuse. We have tried everything while there to make the situation better. The Guest Ambassador Anna has not been responsive, nor professional. She has waved paperwork at us, claiming inaccurate falsehoods, such as care, food etc with absolutely NO proof, and the actual situation completely showing the opposite. The staff (if they dared – for fear of losing their jobs) could confirm all of our claims, of course, as well as many other guests, who joined us in trying to help these poor animals. Anna has furthermore replied to our review with further allegations, slander and lies, adding further disgrace to the hotel. We are talking further action with Travelife regarding the certificates that mean absolutely NOTHING for the management of this hotel, and the issue is under investigation.

it’s My First Time With My Friend and we really love it and went down we definitely come back again. This is amazing very friendly people always smile on their face. Reception friendly they always welcome with a big smile on their face. Make sure you get everything you want, beautiful lady she’s always make sure your room is very clean sparkle and towels. Change every day. The restaurant delicious food very nice service quick clean and perfect. I am so grateful to be here these people work very hard. The Beach at the pool Eddie beautiful you’re always find the Son bad and make sure you get ice cream and the entertainment team, oh that’s fabulous, amazing Marius Mamma Mia … they work very hard. Make sure they take care of you and a lot of shows on the night time and activity in the morning next to the pool dance class, aerobics, salsa, yoga practice archery French bowls, football volleyball That was amazing and don’t forget to book the crazy train with Adam team that was the best trip ever I would recommend it really fun the boys crazy Sheila Ziggy and Spider-Man they are amazing come back again

Amazing hotel, with the loveliest staff… went on the party train today with the animation team, they work so hard, and made it so much fun… the best trip we’ve had and would 100% recommend.. fun for adults and kids Room an food is perfect.. we will be back

The best hotel. I have been to hammamet lots of times. The staff and entertainment team were amazing. Recommend the land trip day out. Every entertainment member is amazing nothing to much. Crazy team who soon become friends. A holiday worth doing and will be back.

Hammer, wir waren jetzt das dritte Mal hier. Ein Gefühl wie nach Hause zu kommen. Und das Personal und das Animationsteam sind eine Klasse für sich. Jeder super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Dies lässt einen auch über manch kleinen Makel hinwegsehen. Wir sind jedes Mal super erholt wieder nach Hause geflogen.

Great hotel clean and friendly lots to do and eat Firstly animation team they are fantastic and work so hard. Rosa is the best such a personality. Staff are Always friendly and up for anything Lots to do from water polo,archery dancing, foam party,darts just to name a few. Ali is the man to see for trips out His always around the pool. Booked crazy train (fantastic) Massage and body scrub in the spa Fatama knows her stuff. Quad bikes Sea fishing Jet skis and watersports can be done on the beach. Second time here and loved it

Tolles Hotel mit einem tollen Animationsteam. Viel Abwechslung für die Kids und auch für die Erwachsenen. Man hat mehrere Poolanlagen und hat auch die Möglichkeit auf einen Pool in einer Ruhezone. Das Essen ist etwas sehr Knoblauchlastig, aber es sollte für jeden Geschmack was dabei sein. Hotelzimmer sind schön groß und immer sauber. Man hat einen eigenen Strandabschnitt und das Meer ist hervorragend.
